On the grounds, take refreshing dips in the community swimming pool and go kayaking and paddleboarding from the deepwater dock on the inlet.

This gated community is an ideal escape for beach-goers and all lovers of Coastal South Carolina. It's a spot where you can follow the pedestrian path (across the road, through a coded gate) to watch the sunrise on the beach; at the end of the day, a stunning sunset awaits on the inlet. Book a fishing charter at the Marlin Quay Marina next door and sit down for a fantastic meal with a view at The Quay Seafood Grille.

Greet each morning with coffee, a newspaper, and a peek of the ocean horizon outside on your private balcony. Back inside, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast before a day at the beach. Come home in the afternoon to unwind in central air conditioning, toss your swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer, and watch movies on the TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms for your privacy and convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
