Our 6 bedroom and 4 bath Vacation Pool & Spa Home offers all the amenities while you soak up Florida sunshine with only minutes to Disney and Theme Parks**offering game room, smart TVs in every room , high speed internet and room for the entire family. This is an ideal location whether you are coming for the Theme Parks or just visiting the area.




A Few Things To Note During Your Stay...

Pool and spa heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additional fee of $50 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $500 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.

We provide a complimentary BBQ ourtdoor porpane grill. We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.

We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, etc.

During your stay

There is a locked closet in the home used to store owner's items. Guest as no access to this closet. However there are plenty of closet space throughout the home.

We provide complimentary WIFI, however there may be times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather. Or if the provider as issues with their services. Though this rarely happens please keep this in mind

“We have installed a Ring Door bell at the front door. This cameras does not face in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”

Pets Restrictions

We allow pets up to 30 pounds either dog or cat, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vacine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.

We axcept Service Animals as required by Law.
It is our pleasure to accept your group and your Service Dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .

Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.

If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent

In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,

We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.





Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)
Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
