Our cozy little home is the perfect getaway location, JUST ONE block (250 ft) from Lake Michigan; a short 2 minute stroll. Or take our bikes around the town and beach- 2 provided!

The space
Chic beachy blue 1,100 sq ft home built in the early 1900's, styled as a more modern home away from home.
Rest assured the neighborhood is safe and RING is installed to the left of the front door when you walk in. When you walk through the front door you will be in the living room- brand new flooring installed fall 2021. 55 inch flat screen smart Tv- feel free to sign into your own Netflix or smart app account. Through the living room is the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom (twin bed) Memory foam mattress . Up the stairs (12 stairs) are two small bedrooms (queen bed & twin bed. ) . At the top of the stairs there is a AC window unit(this is NOT a central air home) so feel free to turn on if the home gets too warm.

The bathroom is located on the main level behind the kitchen. BRAND NEW BATHROOM REMODEL (October 2021) Beautiful tile shower and modern design.

The outside of the house is nautical blue to go along with your beach vacation 🏖 . Our driveway can easily fit 2 cars. There is an outside hose to wash off sandy beach feet 🦶🏽. Cozy firepit (gas) and small table in the backyard.
Located in the side door of the garage is 2 adult mountain bikes, yard jenga and yard Yahtzee and a small charcoal grill.

The best part of our little cottage is... if you step right outside the back fence, you can see Neshotah beach from our sidewalk, literally 250 ft down the road! Also in walking distance (.5 mile) is historic downtown Two Rivers, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, tourist shops, the historic fishing village etc. We have a "home manual" with fun ideas for the area here at the home!

Other things to note
Our kitchen is stocked with the essentials cooking items if you would prefer to prepare your own food (Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, utensils, cooking spray, salt & pepper, cutting board etc). Keurig coffee maker, we provide various k cups!
The Fridge/Freezer is a great medium size to store food if you choose to stay for an extended time or store snacks and drinks. (Pick N Save Grocery store is a short drive or walk from our house)
