1 - Door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability.
3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
5 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
8 - REGISTRATION POLICY:
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
9 - CITY PENALTIES:
The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.
10 - SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guest agrees to pay a security deposit of $1,000.00. It will get reimbursed within 5-7 business days if the guest didn't steal, lose, or break/damage any property and personal property.
Before throwing trash in the trash cans outside, please put the trash in a trash bag!
Before checkout, please make sure trash is in the trash bags!
No additional guests are allowed that are not stated on the reservation. Please send photo ID of every guest as soon as the reservation is made. House code access will not be granted until photo ID is sent.
DO NOT KNOCK ON THE NEIGHBOR'S DOOR OR GO TO HIS BACKYARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. PLEASE CALL ME IF A BALL OR ANYTHING GOES TO HIS BACKYARD!

**The Pool is cleaned every Thursday for maintenance and your enjoyment. Be aware that at any time on Thursday, my team will be there cleaning the Pool.

Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.

$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the house entrance. Make sure the trash is in a trash bag first!
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :).
Please do not throw excessive toilet paper in toilets to avoid clogging.
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
