Welcome to the newly remodeled Grace Inn, located in the heart of La Grange. The Otis is on the second floor and can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. Enjoy the proximity to downtown La Grange and nearby shopping and restaurants. Bring your bike and enjoy a nice stroll around the charming streets. Only a short, 15-minute drive to Round Top! Located right next door to The Ice Plant wedding venue, inquire about a full property buyout to accommodate up to 17 people.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house/unit which is upstairs and does require stairs. The shared amenities are parking and the side patio where we have seating and a fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
Located right in town on E Colorado St. Close enough to walk to the town square!
Getting Around:
From The Otis, you are walking distance to The Ice Plant Building and downtown La Grange.
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.
Other Things to Note:
- This particular unit is located upstairs on the 2nd level.
-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.
-For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
POTENTIAL FOR NOISE:
- Road noise: the Otis is at a busy intersection & next door to an event center
- Train noise: the train tracks are closeby. Earplugs are provided!
- Neighbor noise: the Otis is an historic home & above another unit; if neighbors are being too loud (inside or out), you may hear some noise.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Parking can be limited at max capacity. You may have to utilize street parking.
- Absolutely no smoking or drug use is allowed at this property.
- No pets allowed on the property. You must advise the host if bringing a service animal ahead of time.
- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):
* Early Check-In - $35/hour
* Late Check-Out - $35/hour
