Was a very nice relaxing time.

My gf thought the bed was hard so we went into town and got a cushion for it but other than that we really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I came to relax, celebrate our wedding anniversary and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings! We were not disappointed! Everything was wonderful and all the staff at Kohls Ranch were very kind and helpful!

The restaurant/bar staff were wonderful and kudos on their service. I would say the same for hospitality and maintenance. The front desk check-in was not cohesive and I had to show a receipt that I had paid for the room. Also, the property had a sign at check-in that stated any checkouts after 10am would be assessed 100 penalty. I’ve never seen this sort of notice in almost 40 years of travel for work.

Valentine getaway

We enjoyed this property very much! The room with full kitchen and patio was perfect. No mold in the bathroom. Everything was clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant on site was meh and expensive. Took a day trip to tonto national bridge and then up to Pine/strawberry to walk around and eat at Old Country Inn. Great pizza!

We really enjoyed our stay at the kohl ranch. The only complaint I have is the bed were so hard that I woke with my back seizing up on my every morning. Is was like sleeping on a plank of wood.

Quick getaway

Property is beautiful! The inside of the first room I had was really nice, as was the second room after I asked To upgrade or move because not all the patio views are created equal! They did move us from room 113 (parking lot view baking right up to the patio) to room 125, patio right outside the pool and garden area view. Was beautiful. Restaurant staff were very nice! This place is simply gorgeous! Ask about your patio view before you walk to you room!

It's a great place my family an I have stayed a few times !! This time hummm.the night guy mark not so good an helpful this time cost me hours of time !! An did not get to enjoy my full time at this wonderful get away!! But the morning staff an manger was there to help an fix my situation!!! I will be back an recommend this place anytime!!! Thank you ladies I am so sorry I did not remember your names!!! I love the grounds an rooms .. although my husband was a little mad that he didn't get to try the barbecue restaurant. His slight suggestion would be to get some sandwiches from the restaurant when they are open and sell them in office when the restaurant is not open just a little suggestion LOL thank you

Staycation at Kohl’s Ranch

It was a nice stay, room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were not aware of the adjoining restaurant being closed on the days we were there but desk clerk gave us great tips on food nearby. Also be sure to have money available in your banking acct for the deposit when you arrive. It’s returned by resort after check out then how ever long it takes your bank to deposit it back into your acct. The room price is very reasonable, but the deposit situation could be an issue for some if not expecting it.

Everything i needed for the 2 nights

I stayed at Kohl's Ranch for two nights. The property is well kept, my room was very clean and the bed an pillows were comfortable. I just wanted a quiet time to myself and tje area lemt itself to that.

Very pleasant stay

I have stayed several times at Kohls Ranch and was welcomed "home" when I checked in. As a single person. the Studio Units are perfect with kitchenette, stovetop. frig and dishwasher. Equally good for a couple with king sized bed.

Just a short get away

Very beautiful views took a walk by the creek on the property. Drove up to the Rim not very far at all was very relaxing had brkfst at the restaurant was good food. Beds were comfy and pillows that's important to us!! Over all was enjoyable...
