Beautiful Sea Isle Canal Home- Casa Frio, Stay with us for Iron Man!

Casa Frio - 3 BR / 2 bath with additional sleeping area and half bath downstairs. Sleeps 9. Dog friendly up to 25 lbs. Located on one of Sea Isle's great canals with access to the bay. Beach access is a quick drive away. Ready for a walk, you can load up the foldable wagon and walk to the beach. Large downstairs shaded area with picnic table and a room to prepare outdoor meals with a refrigerator. Additional sleeping is also available in the room. Ready to take a swim? There is a dock over the water with a ladder for swimming access. Ascend the stairs where you will find a great view down the canal along with additional seating. Upstairs there are two outdoor ceiling fans, a shaded seating area and lounge chairs for the sunny area to grab some rays. Inside you will find a beautiful home to call yours for your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living area with cable tv plus a dining area for those nights you choose to dine in with your catch of the day. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub/shower combo and two bedrooms on the main hallway. One bedroom offers sleeping for two with a queen size bed. The other offers bunk beds with twin over full beds and sleeps 5. There is also a laundry area in the hallway to make your stay even easier. At the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. Whether you're here for a long weekend or a week stay, Casa Frio provides all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay. Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience at Casa Frio memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All services and fees are subject to 15% tax. GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM JUMPING OFF UPPER DECK. BOAT AND BOAT LIFT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE OR RENTAL. IT IS OWNER'S BOAT STORED AT PROPERTY ONLY.

Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day
