This spacious apartment is conveniently located 5 min walking distance from the Truist Park, Coca Cola Roxy, Cobb Energy Center, Cumberland mall, Battery of Atlanta.

The living room counts with a large-comfy sofa and a beautiful recliner chair. Colorful artwork and plants that provide positive energy and relaxing atmosphere at the same time, you will also have a 55" Roku smart Tv, where you can sign in to your favorite streaming apps and enjoy movies and shows.

To the left you will notice our Fully equipped kitchen, most guest use for breakfast or dinner, but if you prefer to go out, you will have multiple great dinning restaurant within walking distance.

The spacious dining area has a seating for 4 but no worries, extra chairs will be found on the balcony.

The Guest room has 2 full size beds, super comfortable and a 50" smart TV.

The Master room, offers a big King size bed a walking closet, a private bathroom and a 50" Smart Tv.

The second bathroom will be across the guest room on the hallway, You'll also be provides with Shampoo, Body wash and liquid hand -soap.

Enjoy free parking on premises, and the easy walk to Truist Park if you are planing to go to a game or Coca Cola Roxy for a concert.
In order to get the parking pass We require to get the information of your vehicle, This pass must be returned to avoid a replacement fee of $150. This apartment is on a 2nd level floor please keep on mind that there will be some stairs to climb as there are no elevators.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Very easy walk to Truist Park to watch the Braves play. Nice quiet neighborhood. Building itself seems old but once inside the apartment was clean and well kept. Would stay here again!

Walk to a Braves game

Great location for the Battery and game! Park at the condo and walk the rest of the time you are there. Would definitely stay here again.

We came down for the 2025 National Championship game and had a great time. There was plenty to do in the area and it was a short Uber ride to the stadium.

Perfect location for Braves games

We were within an easy walk of Truist Park and the location was very nice. I would suggest a few more towels be made available.

Concert Hot Spot

This place is wonderful for its proximity to Truist Park. Literally just across the street and a fairly easy walk. Avoid the crazy parking and difficulty finding ride shares with this place. Clean place, comfortable beds, kitchen has all pots/pans/utensils needed for cooking. Overall a nice place.

Perfect and Close to the Battery

The easy access to the Battery made this place perfect for our quick Atlanta trip. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the stadium! Very cute 2 bedroom that gave my family the space we needed at a really affordable price. And the water bottles and snacks were a nice surprise when we got to the condo! Will definitely come back.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect for us to quickly get to the Battery and Truist Park. The host was responsive and accommodating. The unit was in an apartment complex so there was noise (music) from other units which is expected, but it stopped prior to midnight. Overall great stay and we would recommend this unit if you are looking to go to a Braves game.

I would not stay here again

This is a very old apartment. The photos are accurate but what’s not in the photos is the peeling paint and extremely dirty hallway and entrance. On a positive note - Very easy walk to Truist Park!!

Unfortunately We don’t have control of the building appearance, I’m glad you love how close We are to the Stadium, not having to drive or take and Uber or lift during a chaotic traffic.

Didn’t feel comfortable

The apartment corridor was very dirty and smelled. Once we entered the apartment it was overly scented with fragrances. We found multiple dead roaches and multiple live roaches. Appears to have water damage under the floors. The apartment was old and not what I expected. The pictures online makes it seem nicer. We actually ended up leaving the first night and getting another place. We did not stay our 2 nights at this place. I have removed this from my favorites and will not be staying here again.

The place had a major Roach problem

I reached out to the own about the roaches all over the kitchen and food . He responded about someone coming to exterminate that never happened and the host stopped replying to my messages . This experience is really triggering for my family and as a customer. I expected to be served way better than this . The host lack of urgency or courtesy is a huge problem For me . So I do not know who I need to reach out to but I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay and host .

I'm sorry you feel that way, we had previous guest staying at my place and nobody complains about pest in the unit, Once you reply that you were looking to get a compensation in order to not compromise us with a review, we realize the kind of game we were getting into.

Great Braves Fan Locale

Awesome 2 bedroom apartment within a (literal) 5 minute walk to the Battery and Truist Park. Located in an apartment complex, this unit is in a gated community (although all gates were open throughout the duration of our stay), located in the very back, which is ideal, as the “walk through gate” to the ballpark is just behind the building. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor (or 2nd floor, if you enter on the backside of the building, which is advised - no elevator) and is super cute, with each bedroom and the main living room having its own TV with Roku. There are 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with coffee pot (coffee and filters provided) and ice maker. The host even provided a few snacks for guests. Beds were clean and comfortable, and there is a small balcony with two chairs. The apartment itself is quiet, well-kept and clean (I did see one teensy-tiny roach, but this is the south and those are just everywhere down here and can migrate between apartments), but the common area reeked of marijuana, was rather dilapidated, and just outside of the entryway, someone had let their small dog (I’m assuming) poop everywhere - none of this is the fault of the property owner, however. Neither is the one issue we had with the apartment, which was the HVAC design. There is only 1 vent in each bedroom and none in either bathroom, so they get no air unless you leave the doors open to get residual circulation, so they stayed much warmer than the living area. We recommend, would stay again!!!
