This one bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the property with full oceanfront views. Casa La Playa is a oceanfront property with only 7 apartments, so not only does it have a beautiful setting but a peaceful one as well. The unit has a fully equipped, modern, white kitchen with quartz countertops and rough marble floors. It features central A/C, free private WiFi, safe, two smart TV's with basic cable. Rates include housekeeping bi monthly on monthly stays and free parking.
The space
There is also an area with a BBQ plus tables and chairs for your enjoyment. Lounges are allowed to be taken to the sand, as long as you bring them back when you are done. You can also enjoy sitting in the balcony with a glass of wine or coffee in the morning while watching the ocean waves.
Other things to note
Limited amount of less than 30 days rental is available as per City of Hollywood Vacation rental Ordinance.
There are extra towels and linens in the unit for your use. A vacuum cleaner and broom are also included in the unit.
You may park in any space available. There are no assigned spaces. The user and password for the WiFi are posted behind the front door.
The garbage container is located at the north end of the parking lot.
