The Space:

GOLF CART

4 passenger gas powered golf cart may be included! Drive around in our comfortable 4-person golf cart to enjoy amenities and all the Villages has to offer. CART AVAILABILITY IS A RARE PRIVILEGE, NOT A STANDARD OFFERING.



ACCOMMODATIONS:

All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, Blackout Shades, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps.

● Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite with King size bed, ensuite shower bath and large walk-in closet

● Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath

● Bedroom 3 – Queen size luxury sofa sleeper, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath



KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is open to the dining room and living area, perfect for entertaining. The dining area offers seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter. Features include brand-new stainless-steel gas range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, wine chiller, microwave, Keurig K-cup and drip coffee maker, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and cupboard space for pantry storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from a simple family meal to fine dining. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, and dish soap.



LIVING SPACES:

Open and bright, our living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 oversized chairs and a 75" smart Roku TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies and games.



LAUNDRY:

Located in the kitchen is a brand-new washer and gas dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. In this spacious closet you will also find a vacuum, broom and Swiffer for your convenience.



OUTDOOR LIVING:

Outdoor seating and a propane gas grill. Propane tank provided during your stay.

Parking for 1 vehicle on driveway. Garage parking is occupied by the Golf Cart.



PETS

Pet are welcome depending on size, age and breed. Guest will be required to pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $200.00 and agree to our pet policy. Please message us directly for pet approval and information.



**If you are traveling with a trained Service Animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest who may have allergies. ESA are not trained service animals, and a pet fee will apply**



Guest Access:

Guest have full exclusive use of our home. Check-in is 4 PM and Check-out is 11 AM. Access is granted via electronic door lock using the last 4 digits of guest number registered at the time of booking. Guest will also have access to the garage via keypad.

Getting Around:

Explore The Villages with ease! A four-passenger golf cart is included for your enjoyment, perfect for navigating the community. Please be aware that use of the golf cart is a bonus amenity and requires a signed Hold Harmless agreement, found in the welcome booklet upon arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that this property is located in The Villages, a 55+ community. Access to community amenities such as pools, pickleball courts, and executive golf courses requires Village Resident ID cards. These cards are available for $50 each, with a maximum of two per home. It's advisable to initially obtain temporary Resident IDs. For information on guest passes, please visit the Recreation Center.
