Grand Victorian 1248 square foot ocean/beach front unit with unobstructed ocean views from every room! Oversized deck overlooking the amusement park with a view of the ocean. Great deal for a families! Sleeping for 6. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and bar ware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! This really was a beautiful place!

My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here. It was exactly as advertised but so much more beautiful in person! We were very comfortable. You just can't get a better location than this place!

Big beautiful condo!

Place was plenty spacious for us and our adult children. Plenty of extras available if needed. The decor was spot on. And I absolutely loved the deck! I was out there a lot! Very easy and quick to the beach and pier. We all had a great comfortable and relaxing weekend.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Location was perfect. Right in walking distance to all attractions and beach access was great. Watched fireworks right off our balcony. Was great to have morning coffee on the balcony. Very clean and would stay again.

100% best vacation

This was amazing! Right from check in & a sweet gift bag! The condo was impeccable, spacious, decor was perfectly beachy. The view from the balcony had it all, including live music playing below most days/nights but not too loud. Spectacular view of the fireworks and ocean just steps away. Nice indoor pool. (Only draw back is unattended children at the pool, but that is not this owners fault) we already want to book for our next vacation! I seriously wish I could live there! Thank you SO SO much! My Dad (80 years old) said it was his best vacation yet!!!! That means the world to me!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for our 7th anniversary. The kitchen was a dream and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the location, we hardly had to leave to go anywhere. Check-in and check out was easy, as this was our first time using VRBO I was a little nervous, but no issues. Host even left us a goodie bag which was to thoughtful and appreciated. Look forward to stay here again someday.

Condos loués etaient impeccable et cuisine bien équipée

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le condo est propre, grand et accueillant. PrÚs des principales attractions et de la plage. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Un bémol par contre. Il n'y avait pas de réserve de papier hygiénique, de sacs à poubelle et de savon liquide pour la vaisselle. Ces items aideraient dans le maitien de la propreté du condo.

Grand Victorian unit 308

Very clean and spacious! Great location! Beautiful ocean view. In the heart of activity and at the foot of the pier. Well equipped with kitchen essentials. Nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds. Sliders keep the outside noise down, blinds block morning light. Friendly, local owner communicates well, very responsive. Lovely and thoughtful welcome gift was waiting for us. Read the welcome information packet. It explains locking the sliders. We didn’t read it right away. We will return!

Great place would stay again, but...

The place we stayed in was beautiful. Great location, spacious and perfect for my family. When we arrived after the 4 PM check in time, we didn't receive keys immediately, didn't have the usual welcome package prepared as in previous stays, the dishwasher and washer dryer were still running when we entered the room. The beds were not fully made. The ice maker in the fridge constantly got stuck and wouldn't produce ice and it took the fridge almost a full night to get to normal temperature. Small nuances we dealt with but sometimes it's the small things the matter. We would hope for a better start to our stay the next time we visit. Thank you.

Not what we were expecting.

The photos of the unit are accurate, and the unit was very nice. No problem there at all. What we didn't realize, was that the condo balcony hangs over the amusement park and the stage. It was Salvation Army Week and the noise was intolerable for us. The pool was dirty and the beach entrance was littered with cigarette butts. We could not smell the salt air due to the smell of funnel cakes, french fries and you name it fried wafting up to our balcony. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay and left after the first night and lost most of our payment.

Relaxing week in a beautiful condo.

Three generations of family in one location. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the week thoroughly. Condo was beautiful and views were gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again. thank you for a great week.

Great week at the beach!

Spent the week of July 4th at this condo with family & friends. We had a great week with great weather. The condo was very well appointed, very clean, and in the best location. We loved sitting on our huge deck and watching all the action below. The fireworks from the balcony were amazing! No obstructions and no dealing with the large crowd of people. Cooked allot of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of restaurants nearby to walk to! Had to pay for extra parking when my daughters visited, that is the only draw back. Only one parking spot at the condo. Off sight parking for any additional cars. But we were able to pay for the additional cars and did not have to worry about a parking spot. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit and excellent service! Our experience was everything we were hoping for!

Valet service when we arrived was a wonderful surprise. The unit is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home...and then some! Never a dull moment on the deck - lots to see and hear. You're definitely in the middle of all the OOB action which our kids loved! Highly recommend the Grand Victorian and this unit for a fun family vacation that has something for everyone!

Ocean front comfort

With clean beaches and the Palace Playland, OOB is an outstanding family destination. We stayed in Unit 308 at the Grand Victorian, which included parking (a big plus). The location is spectacular for beach access, literally seconds away. The GV is as ocean-front as you can get in OOB. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck where you can watch the waves hit the beach, and soak in the sounds and sites of the families enjoying the food and entertainment on the midway. Unit 308 was exceptionally clean, attractively decorated, fully equipped and the sleeping accommodations worked perfectly for us. Even though up to 6 can sleep comfortably, the layout would work well for a couple just using the master bedroom. We will definitely try to re-book this unit.

Ahhhhhhh!

I can't say enough about this condo and the great time we had! First of all, this is right on the beach and next door to amusements - which just thrilled the kids. There is nothing like the sound of the ocean at night. And let me tell you, we all slept so well in this upscale property. The owners are meticulous when it comes to detail. The gorgeous furnishings, extremely comfortable bedding and all amenities you would need, make this property one that I will seek out each time we visit Old Orchard Beach. We are already planning our next trip!!!

Did I really have to come home??

There is nothing more relaxing AND exciting than falling asleep and waking up on the beach. The easy access to the ocean from this condo is perfect. Even when you finally decide to come in and rinse off the sand to get ready to go out on the pier, which is just as close, the feeling of the beach never leaves you. With its incredible views of the beach and pier combined with the beautiful shore-themed decorations, this condo made it so I never had to leave the beach...until it was time to go home. The dark wood furnishings mixed with turquoise decorations were calming and so pretty! Also worthy of note is the fact that I went with a large group of people and we had plenty of space for everything--counter space, plenty of space on the table for meals and games, and couches and beds enough for all of us to be comfortable.Such a great week. I already miss falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful views of the beach - just a few steps away from the sand and arcade! Soundproof doors make it so you can enjoy the calming sounds of the ocean, or a quiet, relaxing night in. I wish I could live here!!!

Amazing vacation experience

This condo is in the perfect location for a great beach vacation. Right on the water, steps to nightlife and daytime shopping, beach, and fun, the Grand Victorian is perfect! The condo was beautifully furnished and slept my group of 6 people very comfortably. The huge balcony gave us amazing views of the beach and the carnival right outside our door. Would definitely come back and stay in this unit!
