Getting a good night’s sleep is essential, and we apologize for missing the mark. Following your feedback, we had our HVAC system inspected to ensure balanced airflow between the main floor and the loft. We also repaired the electric fireplace, and we addressed the exterior speaker schedule with the local property management so it turns off early and no longer disrupts quiet hours. We take guest comfort very seriously, and we regret that our communication at the time did not reflect the care and urgency we strive to provide.
