This is a stand alone house and is furnished with a Queen bed and two folding single beds with comfortable 5 inch memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies, Oven/stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, knife set, dishes and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer combo is located inside the unit. Small desk and dedicated High speed internet / wifi is located inside the Bungalow. There is a smart TV located in the Family Room and a second smart TV located in the Bedroom. Lake front pool is available during daylight hours. 3 Kayaks (1 tandem, 1 large fishing and 1 smaller single) are available anytime to explore the cypress grove only a few hundred yards from the house. Property is shared with Lake Life Tiny House which is also available for short term rent. You will pull into a dead end street with the property surrounded by water on all sides. Next to the lake Life Tiny house you will find a water fall, if there has been any rain anytime recently, you will enjoy the calming sound of the waterfall and plentiful fish. The main house is occupied by the host, with the lake side pool in the back yard of the main house. You will find a gas grill by the pool and a pellet smoker grill for your use under the carport.
