Cute Lil' Condo on Intracoastal waterway with beach access and large pool

Thank you for taking time to review our property. This is a new place that we purchased "furnished" and we were not aware that the bed was so uncomfortable. We have ordered a brand new bed with brand new mattresses. I have checked the AC unit and I am not sure what the issue is that you mentioned. Possibly what you experienced was the humidity which causes condensation and stickiness. Also, we did send you an email through VRBO prior to your arrival to make you aware that the previous guest took off with one of the keys, so there would only be one key in the unit. The pictures are representation of the room and also the facility where it is located. We do not advertise as Ocean front or Sound front. As with all of our guests, we encourage you to make owners aware of any issues during your stay so we have the oppotunity to make your stay more enjoyable. Our goal is to make sure every guests has a good time. We do hope you will come again and find that we have made some changes and hopefully have a better experience next time.

Reviews are always appreciated but when you get reviews that are not truthful it is frustrating. The sofa does in fact pull out to a bed if you know how to do it. You obviously tried since you broke off the leg to the couch. And you failed to report that you spilled something on the couch leaving a huge stain. We didn't file an insurance claim which I felt was extremely nice of me. But we did fix the leg and had the couch cleaned. I am not sure how the bed could be considered a twin? I will admit when I was there dealing with the condition of how you left our couch, that I did test out the mattress on the bed and it is not the most comfortable, so I have ordered another one for our future guest. I am baffled at your complaint regarding the cost of the room when our fee is very low compared to the area hotels that range 250.00 to 350.00 and up per night. And, in addition I want to add that when you checked out, you left the lock box wide open, and the door unlocked. You took off with the car pass. You were supposed to mail it back and our local assistant has still not received it three weeks later. The lock box key was missing and when our local assistant asked about the key you said only one was in the room which we know there were 2. This is another expense for us to replace those items. We share our place at the beach so guests can come and enjoy themselves. at a fair price. It is disappointing your stay was less than you expected but we do hope that you were able to enjoy the beach, the pool and all that our area has to offer.
