Ein luxuriöses Stadthaus in der ruhigen Gegend von Coral Harbour in der neuen Wohnanlage „Via Della Rosa“. "Das eingezäunte Paradies". Was Sie hier tun, bleibt auf jeden Fall hier.
Das Anwesen verfügt über einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einen Basketballplatz und einen Gemeinschaftspark mit kinderfreundlichem Spielbereich. Ein Tennisplatz befindet sich nur drei Minuten von der Gemeinde entfernt und die Gäste haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zu diesem Platz. Drei (3) Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich der Coral Harbour Beach.
Dieses Stadthaus im Inselstil ist von zwei wunderschönen Seen umgeben und verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer, die komplett mit kompletten Schlafzimmergarnituren eingerichtet sind, sowie ein 1/2-Badezimmer.
Es gibt ein großes offenes Konzept Wohn-, Ess- und voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Granitoberflächen und einer Kochinsel, in der bis zu drei Personen Platz finden, einem Kühlschrank aus Edelstahl und einer Mikrowelle. Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls enthalten.
Auf der Rückseite des Stadthauses befindet sich eine gemütliche Holzterrasse.
Das Gebiet ist 7 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Lynden Pindling (LPIA) entfernt.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Kostenlose und sichere Parkplätze sind ein Grundnahrungsmittel dieser Unterkunft.
Ebenfalls enthalten ist die kostenlose 24 Stunden. Hochgeschwindigkeits-WIFI-Verbindung in der gesamten Wohnung.

Divers paradise

Located a short drive to stuart coves, this is the perfect condo for scuba divers. This condo has everything we needed. Steve & Yolanda were very hospitable. Highly recommend.

Home for a couple of days in Nassau

Nice place, cool, clean and the Managers were very nice. We got in late and to have help with directions, Managers took calls at a late hour and met us at the door, even offered to find us dinner. Clean and cheerful

We were greeted by Steve with a big smile - very late at night. The condo is nicely appointed, bright decor and comfortable beds. We were only there 4 hours...to sleep and move on to our destination, but for a place to stay, near the airport...it was perfect. Thank you.

Home Away From Homet

The home was beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and the owners were so welcoming! I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It is further away from the attractions, but in a very safe, gated community. I would recommend you rent a car or find a reliable taxi for your entire stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I look forward to returning to the property in the future.

The house is clean, has lots of space & beautiful

Loved the house, the country and the hosts! I would go back there in a heart beat. I needed a getaway and I got that and I was touched by the level of the host cared for me when one of my friends left. They are not just host, they genuinely care! I got more than I was looking for, but I would describe the house as very (therapeutic)! Blessings upon the host.

Great property...

We were staying closer to Atlantis but had to stay at this property for one night. When we arrived we were REALLY early and the property manager allowed us to keep our bags in her apartment which was nice. They are developing the area so after they do that this will be a beautiful area. The condo was just as pictured, very clean. Right up the road was a beach restaurant and one of the quietest beaches we had been too. We are and hung out at the beach for 6hrs!! The only negative thing to say is there is no air conditioner in the downstairs area of the house. Makes for an uncomfortable stay because there is no TV in the bedroom. If you want to watch TV, you'll have to endure a heatwave in the living room.

We seek to improve on a daily basis, and can only do that with feedback from our guests. We want you to find your freedom here at Your Preferred Taste of Paradise, your island adventure, and as such, we thought it unnecessary to provide television in the rooms. Great place in Nassau!

This is the kind of place you want to stay on vacation or business. The unit is one half of a duplex, so Steve and Yolanda the owners are right next door if you have a question. They are great friendly hosts--happy to help you out, but never showing up unannounced. The house is big and comfy, fast internet, modern. It has a washer and dryer, big kitchen , TV, cable, everything you need to relax. Small complaint--it needed a couple more pots and pans and cooking utensils, but I brought that to their attention and I'm sure they have already stocked up. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. There is a security guard at the gate to the community. I felt very safe there and had no worries about leaving stuff in the house when I was out and about. There is a nice little grocery store not far away and a convenience store within walking distance. A beautiful private beach is right down the road. Honestly, THIS is the way to visit New Providence Island. This house is down on the quiet south side, where you should be if you ask me. But if you want to go up to Nassau for shopping and attractions, rent a car for your stay. Two thumbs up and thank you Steve and Yolanda!!

Beach getaway

Great sized house and very nice hosts. Good location but you will definitely need a car to get around. Some great places on the island to get coffee and snacks, had to find these on our own as guide books were outdated and there were no recommendations given. Kitchen was very sparsely furnished, we finally found a toaster on the last day. No spices/oils/coffee/tea etc for cooking to be found, but there was some left over pineapple rum in the freezer! Great whole foods like grocery store about 8 miles away. Watch the invoice the hosts sends as it it is very different than what VRBO quotes, hidden fees that were not explained. Overall a good stay.

Yolanda Jones was a great hostess. We were left alone and felt if we needed anything, she (and Steve) were readily available. Also, they had coverage to get and drop off keys without any wait. Enjoy your stay with them in Nassau!

My Best Bahama Adventure

From the gated community, to the cleanliness of the property and the tranquility of the stay. This was simple the best. Everything in one vacation. The rest and relaxation to the access to nightlife. The Real Nassau

What a wonderful location to spend a relaxing holiday. The home was very inviting and clean, the managers where helpful and attentive. We enjoyed being away from the tourist area and liked walking to Coral Harbor beach. We did not rent a vehicle for this stay instead used Taxi's and the local buses to get around. We got to see the real Bahamas and met some wonderful people. The House had some great features, two phones one for local one for international calling, TV's in every room (if you need to fall asleep to them) and wireless internet to keep in touch with people back home. Thank you Steve and Yolanda for making us feel at home.

Well worth the money

We were very satisfied with the service provided. As always, with an online booking, we were a bit apprehensive about what we were going to get. But Steve & Yolanda went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The premises are clean and very well maintained. We really are thankful to Steve for arranging a very good car rental for us when we couldn't get a good deal from the airport rentals. Here is a short summary of the pros & cons: Pros: 1. Great service & cleanliness - a very "homely" feel 2.Good Wi-Fi & TV - enough to keep the kids satisfied 3. Grocery store within walking distance 4. 24 hour security service - gives it a safe & secure feel. Cons: 1. You definitely will need a car to get to and from this place as this is a bit away from most of the major attractions. In short, this place deserves a full 5 stars - we will definitely go back if we are visiting Bahamas again. Thank you Steve & Yolanda.

Can't be the price...

The Jones' Family were gracious and warm hosts for our 10 day stay at a Taste of Paradise. The new construction and modern decor are particularly inviting; however, we wished that we knew that there is no central air - even though the bedrooms have ductless units... Also, I traveled with a three year old and two senior citizens, so the very steep and awkward stairs made for a minor hazard. Aside from that, this location cannot be beat! You can live like a local in this gated-community, which is still incomplete, but boasts a 24-hour manned gate, basketball courts, and tennis courts. Moreover, the property was extremely clean and well-maintained. And Eventhough this property is far from downtown Nassau and other activities, it is very close to the airport, and there is a very secluded, beautiful, and tranquil beach less than a mile (or so) away. Otherwise, You will need a vehicle to get around. However, a local sports bar (named - The Huddle) and a local grocery store (like a bodega) are located within walking distance. If you are looking for a great deal and a safe place to stay in Nassau, where you can get-away from the tourist-traps, then you would enjoy this location. Without a doubt - this is a good deal; You can't beat it!!!!

Clean and neat

It is a new construction with nice curb appeal. The property is very well maintained and it gives a feeling of a home away from home. Being only 10 minutes from the airport, it's great to avoid a 25 minute drive with cabby with a chip on his shoulder attitude to get to Nassau or Paradise Island. You have all your basic necessities with a few game changers. The washer and dryer was definitely a nice touch especially if you are traveling with young children. Microwave, though my wife prefers to cook, it is always nice to have. Plenty of pots, pans, knives and forks. 2 fully furnished bedrooms with wall mounted air conditioning units. The rear of house has a nice size deck with a coal grill if you enjoy bbq-ing. The development is still in the works but what I did like is that there is ample street lights throughout. If you enjoy running at night, as I do, it's always nice to have plenty of lighting to define your running route. The owners are very nice couple. Steve and Yolanda were very attentive to our needs. They live on the premises and are very accommodating to their guest. If you have any questions they make themselves available. For us it was a great stay. Next time we will skip the stay at the resorts all together and just rent a car, a townhouse and just visit the resorts.

Impressive !

Pleasant surprise. It was home away from home. Yolanda met is upon arrival. Hospitality was unparalleled. Felt like we were visiting family ! We got there after 9 pm. She drive us to nearby place so we could get food to eat. Reached out to friend and helped us out with vegetarian restaurants. Found us a taxi driver who was great. Place was well kept. Two bed rooms, full kitchen. New construction in a gated community. Next time we will rent a car and rent this place for several days for sure. Amazing experience !

Awesome Property!!!

My stay at your rental property was wonderful

They property is beautiful and the location is very safe..I wouldnt think twice to stay there again..Mr Jones was very helpful

Get away from it all

Steve and Yolanda are very lovely people and we really enjoyed our stay at their home. It is out of the "tourist" area which made it nice after being at Atlantis for five days. We ended our vacation on a more quiet note. The home is comfortable and has all the amenities. The only downside for us was there isn't any air conditioning downstairs and not being acclimated to the climate made it a little uncomfortable for us but the upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned and roomy. I was also under the impression that there was a pool nearby because one was pictured on the web but there actually isn't one. We ended up driving to the other side of the island everyday to go to the beach. I think a car is a must. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We are happy that you liked it here at "Your Preferred Taste of Paradise." Thanks for taking the opportunity to visit. It is unfortunate that you thought there was a pool. As I explained to you before your arrival, the pool presented in the pictures is a shot of Breezes all inclusive. It is there as a means to advertise the day pass facility provided by breezes due to their proximity to our property. We do have a local beach. The pictures are tagged with information describing them. Here at "Taste," we are not in the business of misleading our guests. What you see, is what you get. Best Vacation of My Life!

Steve and Yolanda, I am overwhelmed with the hospitality you showed us while we were there, and I completely fell in love with the Bahamas and am so sad I am not still there! I truly wish I could have stayed longer. Your place was truly a place of paradise, you both were so welcoming, truly genuine and sweet people. I did not know what to expect coming to the Bahamas, but I met some of the most sweetest, caring, and trustworthy people. You guys took such great care of us. We truly were at ease, we felt safe, we felt taken care of (we were kind of uneasy traveling to a new place and it being just us three girls), but you guys washed all that away. The home was located in a gated community guarded by security 24/7, which made us feel very safe. The interior and exterior of the home were absolutely beautiful just like the pictures, there were no surprises when we came. The house was in the cleanest condition, which was very important to us. I truly appreciated: The free access to movies The water to drink you provided for us The refrigerator that provided crushed/cubed ice (helped us keep cool) The washer and dryer that were so needed and useful Oh my God, the landline phone for U.S. calls and the cell phone for local calls (we would not have survived without those two) You guys there for whatever we needed, and ALL the amenitities you provided for us. We were thankful for the convenience of the grocery store located just 5 minutes walking distance from the home, which had everything we needed. I was able to go snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and on the banana boats, all for the first time in my life, on the most breathtaking beaches in the world. The fish fry at Arawak Cay had the most amazing conch and grouper. Our taxi driver Andrew was absolutely amazing! He was like our personal tour guide the entire trip and also became like family for us. We are so happy that we decided on your home as our stay instead of the hotel. The two experiences don't compare. Your hospitality, our amenities, we felt like family and only had known you for a few days. I will never, ever forget my stay in the Bahamas. I'm grateful to God for this experience. It was the best vacation of my life. It has truly changed my outlook on a lot of things in life and personally. I can not thank you enough for the opportunity you two provided me. Words can not express my appreciation. I can not wait to return!

We, however, by no means are contented and will continue to improve to make us the reason for visiting The beautiful Bahamas. We use the word vacation literally. When you stay at "Your Preferred Taste of Paradise," you get the best of both worlds. Tranquility, remoteness and easy access to the touristy ( the beaten paths). You lack nothing, it is only natural, we go the extra mile to ensure that you are well taken care of, they way we would want of ourselves. When you stay at "Your Preferred Taste of Paradise," our aim is to make it your home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed hosting you and in no small measure, love the interaction. The comrade we developed will last a long time to come, forever I recon. You came here as complete strangers, as guests but we knew before you come that you would leave here feeling like family. Thank you for trusting us on our word, a very difficult thing to do. We are happy you did and will be forever grateful for that. And, because you have been such great sport, whenever you are ready, We would be more than delighted to host you on your next trip to The Bahamas. You have our contacts and we will stay connected. Originally from Tourist central Jamaica, I have been living in the Bahamas for Ten (10) years. Exposure to tourism and tourists, both in Jamaica and here in The Bahamas, have equipped me to treat my guests like royalties. The way I would love to be treated.
I am married with child. My wife and I live and work within 14 minutes of our rental property. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. We are always listening to our guests requests and do able abide by their legal desire.
In the odd case that we are not here when you check in, be assure that we will make your stay worry free.

I like travelling, can't wait to visit Brazil, Europe and the far east. I have enjoyed stays in a few Caribbean Island, I have managed to island hop a little bit here in The beautiful Bahamas. I have been to the most prominent tourism hot spots in Jamaica.
I am calm, very serene with flavours of spontaneity. I am a gadget freak, my wife... not so much. I love and admire beauty in the world; in places; in people in and around me. I believe that beauty is skin deep and your true colours will outshine the camouflage. In 'The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty', Sean O'Connell states that 'Beautiful things don't ask for attention'.

The location and the beauty of this Townhouse is astonishing. To be able to come home from a bustling day of work and escape in the confine of a gated, secure community where the sound of the birds and other animals are very much audible. From the high ceiling, sound and hurricane proof windows, the hidden garbage bin, the deck and elegant driveway and walkway to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with Shak Cinnamon cabinets, Magic Glass Cafe back splash, Granite counter Tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. This place is fit to be termed 'Paradise'. Who said you can't have your cake and eat it?
