You will be able to drive a vehicle down to the dock on the concrete path. There is a turn around spot so you can drive back up the hill. The hill is steep, but you can walk to the dock if you would like.

It`s important to note that this property is perfect for families seeking a tranquil getaway, and parties are not allowed to preserve the peaceful ambiance. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of neighbors

-TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip as the dock will be dry docked, but you can still go down to the bank or use the dock to walk out to the edge of the water.
-The paved path going down to the dock is steep and caution should be used at all times. You are able to drive a vehicle down the pathway to the bottom of the hill
-2 of the bedrooms shown downstairs do not have windows
