The entry to the unit is on the second floor (stairs required). Guests will step inside to discover the fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living space that offers a gas fireplace. Unwind after a day of adventure with your favorite shows on the Smart TV equipped with Roku streaming services. Guests will also love the views from the main living space and private balcony with views of the condo yard.

If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, please consider “Ephraim's Pearl" (sleeps 4) or "Cedar Haven” (sleeps 6), which are located in the building next door.

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• We supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
