Thank you so much for this beautiful review! 💙 We’re thrilled to hear you had such an excellent stay at Sand Castle Sanctuary. 🌊✨ There’s truly something special about sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the birds glide across the Gulf — we’re so happy you were able to relax and enjoy those peaceful moments. We also love hearing that you found the condo clean, tastefully updated, comfortable, and well equipped for your stay. Creating a welcoming and relaxing beachfront experience is exactly what we hope for our guests. Thank you again for your kind words and support. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! 💙🌊 We’re glad to hear that, overall, you had a great experience at The Galvestonian. We’re sorry the checkout process wasn’t communicated clearly. Our guests are not expected to strip beds or handle linens before departure, and our team takes care of the turnover after checkout. We completely understand how frustrating it would be to spend part of your vacation trying to figure out what was expected of you. Your suggestion is very helpful, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate checkout instructions so the process is clear and easy for guests before departure. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time! 💙🏖️☀️

We love the views! Thank you for your comments. We hope to see you again soon! You can't beat the Island sunsets!

We are so excited the Galvestonian will be your annual getaway destination. Thank you for your comments. We look forward to your next visit with us.

Thank you, Jo, for your review. The staff at the Galvestonian are hired staff, not a management company. I would love to hear more about your experience and why you felt the staff were stuffy and overbearing. Always feel free to reach out to a member of management during your stay and we will accommodate as best as possible to make your stay enjoyable. We love our guests and always want them to feel welcome, so you are most definitely not an inconvenience. We will share your concerns regarding the condo with the owner for follow up. Thank you for your honest review.
