Unsere komfortable 3bd Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Paradies III Cerro Alto Santiago, Dominikanische Republik und bietet Platz für 6 Gäste. Mit 3 Pools, Basketballplatz, Fitnessraum, Kinderspielplatz und Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Condo ist voll möbliert mit 3 A / C im Hauptschlafzimmer, zweiten Schlafzimmer und dritten Schlafzimmer, Wasserkocher, Wasserspeicher, Wechselrichter für Strom, Waschmaschine, Mixer und Mikrowelle. Great location for seeing Santiago DR

The location looks much bigger on pictures. Pedro was very accommodating to make sure Wifi codes and other nuances were in place. Each room had its very own a/c unit. I would recommend stopping at grocery store prior to staying and picking up supplies. The rooms had lights that with downloaded app it could be controlled. A car is a definite for location. Stores and restaurants are maybe 3-5 miles away. No a/c unit in living room/kitchen area got pretty hot last of May. Overall I would stay there again. Thanks Pedro for your prompt service during my stay.

Pedro was amazing! He promptly answered our questions whenever we had them. Great to know you can communicate at all hours and get things resolved. The property itself was great! Felt super safe. Loved the keyless entry, super convenient. The beds were so comfortable, place was spotless and I appreciated having a washer.

Spectacular apartment. Will definitely stay again.

We stay for 5 days. The apartment is beautiful. Clean, spacious, close to everything. 20 minutes from the Cibao International Airport. It is located in a very exclusive and upscale neighborhood. Love the pools and the gym. Overall I highly recommend this property. Pedro was always reachable, was making sure we had a pleasant experience at his apartment. Will definitely rent it again, and will recommend the apartment to my friends and family. Love it!

Very nice in every way

Best stay in Santiago I have ever had, clean apartment, the owner was very helpfull and if I had a question he would respond right away. I deffinetly would recommend this apartment to everyone that will be going to Santiago. Great location to everything the gym was very nice and I had access to 2 pools to cool off. The apartment looks just like the pictures very nice.

IMPRESIONANTE

Simplemente perfecto, el lugar está muy cómodo, limpio y tal como el anuncio describe. La urbanización es muy segura y bonita, el sistema de los colmados para llevarte lo que pidas a casa es muy efectivo. Es un lugar para estar tranquilo y seguro. Tiene supermercado la Sirena a menos de 1km para ir a las compras grandes. El encontrar el lugar quizás pueda parecer difícil, pero el dueño sabe indicar perfectamente cómo llegar y es fácil. La piscina está limpia y es grande, la zona para los niños es toda diversión para ellos. Muy recomendable el lugar.

The place looks just like it does in the pictures. Very nice for a great price. Pedro is very accommodating and makes sure everything is always 100% satisfactory. Excelente !!!!

Me hospedé en este apartamento yo, mi esposa y mis dos niñas, excelente apartamento, mucha seguridad en este residencial, la propiedad estaba muy limpia y una buena vista desde el balcón se mira el área de la piscina directamente!!! El dueño de este apartamento es muy atento se mantuvo en comunicación con nosotros desde antes de llegar a hospedarnos hasta que nos fuimos ! nos encantó ! se los recomiendo !!! un 10/10 !!!

Clean, quiet and safe

We stayed 5 nights on a business trip. The condo was very clean and spacious, the owner, Pedro was extremely helpful and polite. The unit offered many amenities that unfortunately time didn't allow for me to make use of. A nice clean pool and well equipped gym on premise would be very useful had time allowed. I do business in Santiago 4-5 times a year and will be calling on Pedro on my next trip. Gary

Safe and beautiful!

We just returned from a 9 day stay at this condo. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We also felt very safe and secure in the complex which is well controlled and monitored. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and made our stay easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental and we plan to use it again when we return!

Excellent choice!

Great place Great host for first time in Dr

This was a great place to stay if you ever want to get the culture of dominican republic. Nice clean home with a very nice swimming pool in a gated community. The condo is located in a area were you can find alot of entertainment and night life. The host Pedro was very nice and gave us a list of places to eat and find entertainment. We will definite be going back soon, beats the resorts

Great place to stay in DR next
