In the heart of the home, the living room transforms into a haven of comfort and leisure. Abundant seating beckons guests to sink in and unwind, whether it's for lively games, late-night movie marathons, or sharing tales of the day's adventures. The space is meticulously designed for togetherness and enjoyment. Adjacent to this inviting area, a 6 seat dining table and chairs await, creating the perfect setting for a nourishing dinner or a relaxed brunch.

Bedrooms:
Venture into the the primary bedroom where true relaxation unfolds. Adorned with a lavish king bed, an attached bathroom for privacy, and a walk-in closet for seamless organization, this space is a retreat within a retreat. A large smart TV (bring your own logins) provides entertainment at your fingertips, and direct access to the back deck allows for moments of peace under the vast Texas sky.

Two additional bedrooms, each adorned with comfortable and flexible bed options, are crafted with relaxation in mind and offer ample closet space for your convenience. The queen bedroom, cozy yet elegant, provides a serene space after a day of exploration complete with a flat screen smart tv so you can unwind with your favorite streaming service.

Outdoor Oasis:
Our outdoor deck beckons you to unwind in the temperate Austin climate, offering the perfect spot for relaxation or intimate gatherings. A huge private yard allows ample space to dine and play outside. A two car garage sits beneath the house allowing for safe and private parking. Street parking is available as well.
Guest access
The entire space is available for you to enjoy with the exception of the owner's closet and storage space beneath the home.
Other things to note
The garage is located beneath the house and does not have direct access to the home. If you use the garage, you will need to use the back stairs to access the home.
