Two parking spaces and an expansive 30' x 30' lower portion of the concrete patio is designated just for you on Football game days. This is the area with the umbrellas in the photos. Ample parking and access to the entire patio is available the rest of the year.

Inside on the main floor you will find a bedroom with king sized bed and views of Kinnick Stadium and the Children's Hospital right outside your window. Enjoy the newly renovated full bath and kitchen with coffee bar. Large screen TV in the living room can be enjoyed from the sleeper sofa couch.

Head upstairs to a private bedroom with two full beds and 3/4 bath.

In the basement you will find a full day bed along with the full size washer and dryer.

Parking available on the south and east (alley side) driveways of the house. Key pad entry.
