The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home! Featuring a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, toaster and Keurig machine that brews both hot and iced coffee. Please note due to limited outlet space, we do not offer a microwave, but the glass cooktop and oven is great for reheating. In-island dishwasher is convenient for easy clean-up. A lobster pot is also available for the true New England lobster boil experience!

Our dining area features a large table with seating for 6, with 2 additional stools at the counter. Enjoy water views while dining!

Onsite laundry features a brand new front-loading washer and dryer so you can pack light! This space also features a cozy breakfast nook.

The living space features a comfortable, easy-to-use, queen size pull out sofa and two lounge chairs. Also available is a mounted TV with a Roku to stream your favorite shows.

The first floor also features a full bathroom complete with glass shower and vanity with drawers for added storage.

Upstairs, in addition to amazing panoramic water and Point Judith Lighthouse views, the primary bedroom features a king memory foam mattress, and a closet with a dresser for storing your things.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed, and the best views of the Lighthouse. A closet is also available.

The second floor also features a large full bathroom with a linen closet and plenty of room for your belongings.

Outside, there's a yard with a picnic table for al fresco dining. Feel free to bring your own grill. In front, there's a deck with more water views, and wicker and glass dining table with stools that seats 6. Enjoy a cocktail and listen to the waves as the sun sets!

Additionally, enjoy an outdoor shower with hot and cold water after sun-soaked days at the beach for the ultimate refreshing experience.

We are unable to welcome pets or emotional support animals of any kind due to association rules. Anyone found to have an animal on the property will be fined and could result in cancellation of your reservation.
