I booked online for me, my mom and my daughter. It was supposed to be 2 full size beds when I submitted it, when we arrived there was only 1 king bed. Which eventually it wasnât the end of the world. We initially called the number and Maureen answered and said she would call and see if someone would switch, but we ended up telling her it was fine. We ended up calling back because the AC wasnât working and Maureen said the AC was broken and they donât âmake people aware of itâ, even though online it says there is central AC. It was June, 80-90 degree days and there was no AC. They didnât really try to offer any solution to make it right. It was tight quarters and the ânew beddingâ is a pullout couch. But I get that for the price we paid, but no AC is a deal breaker when I have a 2 year old. Would never stay again. If they had made it known I wouldâve cancelled and booked elsewhere, instead we had to pay for another room with AC elsewhere. Highly do not recommend, when we caught the housekeeper(super sweet) she thought that our unit was the only one that the AC worked and thereâs 8 unitsâŠ
