The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The home features nine spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, providing plenty of privacy for every guest. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while the upper floor holds seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all equipped with fresh linens and towels.



Living space

A generous living room anchors the interior, offering comfortable seating for everyone to relax, watch a movie, or share stories of the day’s adventures. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located for easy laundry care during longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The large kitchen is fitted with stainless‑steel appliances, a full set of cookware, and all the essentials you need to create meals for a crowd. Adjacent dining areas include an indoor dining room and a spacious indoor‑outdoor flow, allowing you to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or a candlelit dinner under the stars.



Outdoor living

Step directly from the back door onto a private pool that can be heated on request, perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. An outdoor patio equipped with a grill and loungers invites you to fire up a barbecue, sip a cool drink, and soak up the Florida sun.



Community amenities

As a guest of Windsor at Westside, you receive free access to the resort’s water park, complete with slides and splash zones, as well as the amenity center and clubhouse featuring a fitness center. The heated pool with lazy river adds another layer of relaxation without leaving the community.



Location & attractions

The property sits just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions: Disney World is 20‑25 minutes away, SeaWorld 30 minutes, and Universal Studios 35 minutes. Nearby dining options and shopping centers are only a couple of miles from the resort, giving you easy choices for meals and souvenirs.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
