Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This is your own private first-floor unit. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, and exterior security cameras are in place for your safety.

Dogs and cats are welcome (additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture). We cannot guarantee complete removal of pet hair or allergens between stays, so guests with severe allergies should consider this before booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
• Garage construction in progress (8 AM – 5 PM on weekdays) — the main house is fully finished. No noise complaints from guests so far
• Shared washer/dryer with the upstairs tenant
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval
• Please dispose of trash regularly to help prevent pests

• We provide an initial supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay, whether short or long term.

We take our no-party policy seriously — unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal with no refund. Reservations from local residents may be subject to additional screening.
