This beautiful, cozy cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Located near downtown Estes Park you will enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants. You're also near Rocky Mountain National Park Lumpy Ridge Trailhead with bountiful wildlife, sight-seeing, and hiking opportunities. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your deck enjoying nature and mountain view, and maybe see local elk meandering through the property.
The cabin is quaint and rustic with Rocky Mountain charm. There is also a full size sleeper sofa for extra guests in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedroom has a King bed, with DISH Satellite TV. Wi-Fi is provided for in-house entertainment. You will fall in love with the outside living area/deck area where you can soak in the beauty of nature and wildlife.
This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Estes Park's beauty as well as its downtown life. Please keep these things in mind: this is a rustic area with unimproved roads, low clearance, and you will need 4 wheel or AWD drive in snow and ice.
No indoor or outdoor fires are allowed.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
2 miles to downtown Estes Park and 6.5 miles to the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Snow removal by HOA or SkyRun depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow
