Winter recreation is abundant at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain - you are also only a block from the lift!

When you are ready to relax, your stay's sunlight living quarters will welcome you in with open arms! From the moment you walk inside, you will feel at home amidst the living room's wood-burning fireplace, soft sofas, and smart TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and other nifty gadgets like a crockpot and coffee makers.

Follow the wilderness-themed mementos into both of the bedrooms, cooled by central air and lined with inviting color palettes and soft linens. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
