Boasting all of the amenities you love to have while on vacation, Seminole Sunshine boasts a private turquoise pool and entertaining patio space. (The pool spa is not heated.) When you aren't playing competitive games of foosball, gather on the living room's soft sofa and stream your favorite shows. When you are feeling hungry, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a delight with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Highlighting the perfect mix of colorful charm, soft linens, and cool air - the four bedrooms are equally inviting. The bunk room is perfect for the kiddos with its personal TV and gaming system. Additional interior amenities you'll appreciate include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a board game collection.

Near your stay, you'll have no issues making fabulous memories at the area's many golf courses, parks, beaches (several of which are just a few miles west), restaurants, and shops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
