Beautiful and very spacious Mediterranean style house on a quiet, tree-lined street. Built in 2009, 2426 Square Feet with a large private rooftop overlooking the ocean. All 3 bedrooms with King beds. Our guests especially appreciated the spaces between the bedrooms to allow for privacy. Central air conditioning cools/heats the entire house. Only a few blocks away from beach and located in designated quiet zone. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or traveling professionals. All bedrooms are space out to allow privacy. Splendid Ocean views from bedrooms and rooftop. Short drive to Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton, Orange County, and Downtown San Diego..

Large private rooftop terrace just for the guests! The view is breathtaking. The rooftop has a dining table for eight, two loungers with Sunbella cushions, bar height table, and a large umbrella.

3 King Beds + two Sofa Beds. Two out of three bedrooms are en-suites. Two out of three bedrooms have their own terraces with direct views of the Pacific Ocean. Soaker jet tub, luxurious walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet in master bedroom. Two brand new sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. Fully equipped kitchen on ground level, fireplace, 2-car garage w/EV charger. Two working spaces w/ monitors.

Two living/playing areas with 72” smart TV, a foosball table, two sofa beds for additional guests. Plenty of toys, board games, and books to entertain the entire family. One of the living rooms leads to a ground floor fenced terrace area with BBQ grill and bistro seating area. Baby gates, Pack ‘n Play, baby walker, and high chair available for young families.

Two dedicated working spaces. Each equipped with computer monitors. Free WiFi throughout.

Two-car garage has new epoxy floor making it an extra space for play, gathering, or storage. Water filtration system provides high quality drinking water for the whole house. Foldable beach chairs, beach umbrella, surf boards, bodyboards, beach towels etc are all available for guests’ use. BRAND NEW ChargePoint EV charger inside the garage for guests use.

Villa has three-levels with stairs connecting the various levels. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Great place to stay!

My family enjoyed the house, plenty of room for everyone. Being so close to the beach was perfect for our kids. The host was fantastic, quick to respond and accommodate. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Oceanside Retreat

Gorgeous house. Plenty of room for our adult children. Kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. Master suite is beautifully. Rooftop lounge was great space to relax and read. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is beautiful. Well stocked. We used the pull out couch for an extra bed. Very comfy. The walk to usable beach is a good 15 minutes. But, it is an easy drive and drop off with a parking lot right there. We had a big tent and a lot of beach chairs, so we drove and never had a problem parking.

Well Equipped Spacious House

The house was lovely! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The rooftop deck was great for happy hour with nice views of the ocean. The property is in a primarily residential area, but was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this property.

We were thrilled with the location of this property! We were within an easy walking distance of the beach for morning and evening walks. We were attending a family function that was very near the property, too.I was staying with my husband, brother and sister-in-law, mother and father-in-law. The room arrangements for our group couldn’t have been better. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a king, which is hard to find in some locations. We loved that each couple had their own bath.Communication with the host was easy. They were very responsive and accommodated an early check in for our group.

Summer vacation with Grandma and Grandpa

We had an excellent time. My granddaughters loved the place. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for us.The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Thank you Fiona. My husband and I enjoyed the bottle of Chardonnay. Very nice touch. A minor suggestion replace the grill or perform routine maintenance.

Pictures don’t say it all wait till you arrive

Wow , such a streamline check in process , had a whole beautiful home for my 5 children and my fiancé and I ..rooms very clean spacious , everything you needed they had at this house even little toys for my 3 yr old loved them, the roof top view aaaaamazing , the walk to the beach short and amazing,views , the convenience, also Andy and Fiona amazing,checked in daily just to make sure our stay was going well ..wow!! Overall 10 out of 10 if you have some money that you can spend and love the ocean I suggest you book this place now .

Great home

Wonderful home. All the amenities you could ask for and close to water. 10 minute walk. Open the windows and let the cool ocean breeze cool the home down. There is a home close by that is under construction and the noise level is high at times from this. They start at 7am. Highly recommend staying here. We had our daughters 16th B day party here and it was perfect.

Oceanside Getaway

Do yourself a favor and book this place. We had an amazing time at this wonderful house. As soon as we walked in the place felt like home! We had a large group of adults and there was a place for everyone to be comfortable. Even the couches made into super comfy beds. There was everything we needed for cooking, playing games, etc. It was a close walk to the beach too! We enjoyed the rooftop and having a place to see the ocean during the day and to stargaze at night! The hostess was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was up to our standards! Loved the personal note and wine upon arrival. 10 out of 10 we would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Oceanside is a beautiful beach town that is becoming a destination town. I love the splendid ocean views and the cool breeze all year round. I also love the urban environment and walkable neighborhoods where we are located. Oceanside also has superb transit system which takes you north-bound to Los Angeles, South-bound to downtown San Diego, and East-bound to Safari Animal Park and other beautiful towns in north county san diego.

We are on a quiet street so we have both the quietness and the accessibility to major attractions. We are also very fortunate to have the beautiful ocean views from all bedrooms and with a quite large private rooftop. We also installed a EV charging station for our guests’ use. Finally, we have king beds in all 3 bedrooms to ensure a good night sleep for the guests :)
