State attenti.
We enjoyed the place. You practically have to climb to the stairs with your hands because they're so steep, so not for older folks. Otherwise it was clean and fine for our long weekend. The train is about a 10 min walk, but there's a lot to do, see and eat within walking distance. If you like steak, St. Anselm was awesome and if you get there early, the wait isn't that bad. My friend owns the bar 2 doors down called Midway. Check it out!
We stayed here with our 2 young kids and a friend. The place was very clean and comfortable. It didn't have very many towels but Maria took care of it pretty quickly. It was a 6-10 min walk to the L train which would have no problem if we didn't have kids but they had a hard time with that walk. The neighborhood was fine. There are two coffee shops and a ice cream shop on the street. It took us 20-30 mins to get to Times Square area including walking time. We would stay again.
Nice place to stay, very close to restaurants and bars. Very good in reach of Manhattan and nice places in Brooklyn.
With a little garden/place where we could sit in the morning and have our breakfast. If it would be cleaned up a little it would be perfect.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights with two friends who stayed with us the first night. Both the bed in the bedroom upstairs and the pull-out couch bed were comfortable. Everything was clean and all basic needs met. Cable, wifi, and AC both downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom were a plus.
While not a problem for us, note that the bathroom is located inside the bedroom and that the stairs leading up to the bedroom are very steep. Also, I was excited by the idea of the patio, but upon arrival I realized it wasn't much of relaxing space as it hosted the listing's trash bins and was next to a gravel parking space.
Maria and the property manager I was in contact with, Jamie, were both very helpful and responsive. I did have to remind Maria to refund me the cleaning deposit which I noticed wasn't posted on my credit card bill almost a week later.
We were a group of 4 staying at this Williamsburg apartment. We found the place to be clean, very well located (close to subway, citibike, and Williamsburg bridge), and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out was smooth and flexible, and the host was easy to communicate with. We were aware beforehand about the bathroom being adjacent to the bedroom, but since we were 4 it was a bit inconvenient at times, so I would recommend that this place is best suited for 2. We had a great stay overall.
