Master Suite on the main floor offers a King size bed with a desk for personal use. Views of the Lake make working from "home" a pleasure. Large attached Master Bath is spacious with double sinks, a large walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One Bedroom has a Queen/Queen bunked and a stand alone Queen. The other bedroom offers a king sized bed. There is also a single pull out couch in the upstairs open area.
Additionally on the main floor there is a very comfortable thick plush couch located on the sunporch which folds down into a Full size bed. There is a half bath next to the kitchen.
Guests have full access to the house, minus 3 locked storage areas. Attached garage is open/accessible. Detached garage is reserved for owner use.
Guests may use the dock- but please don't touch boats/hoists/jetskis. Guest boats must use Mooring Buoy for storage, not dock.
Dock is typically installed prior to Memorial Day and removed mid to late Sept. Dock install/removal dates may be affected by natural disasters such as flooding and is subject to dock install company's discretion on safety and scheduling to install, which is outside of our control. Every effort is made to install prior to Memorial day, but can never be guaranteed and delays outside of our control are not subject to discount or reimbursement. Dock is typically removed mid Sept.
Late Check Outs / Early Check ins are available for a fee with prior approval. Please message regarding these options.
