Alles, was Dewey / Rehoboth Beach zu bieten hat, ist nur wenige Gehminuten von diesem wunderschönen, großen, modernisierten Stadthaus entfernt. Das Haus ist nur 2 Blocks vom Strand entfernt (und NICHT auf der Route 1) und einen Block von den vielen Bars und Restaurants in Dewey Beach. Rehoboth Beach ist 1 Meile zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Und die Delaware Bay ist gleich um die Ecke. Durch die Nähe des Hauses zum Strand können Sie nach Belieben hin und her gehen.

Neue Küche / Erster Stock
Das gesamte Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren umfangreich modernisiert. Der Umbau des ersten Stockwerks und der Küche ist nun abgeschlossen! Die neu gestaltete Küche umfasst Granit, neue Schränke und Geräte sowie neue Fußböden (siehe Bilder)! Die Küche hat auch einen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine, Backofen / Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr und Besteck.

Unser übergroßes Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große Couch und eine Ausziehcouch (für 2 Personen) sowie drei gemütliche Stühle. Wir haben einen großen Flachbildfernseher an der Wand sowie einen gemütlichen Holzkamin für kühle Abende. Digitalkabel mit mehr als 100 Kanälen und Highspeed-Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner in voller Größe befinden sich in einem Schrank auf der Hauptebene.

Schlafzimmer
Dieses Haus verfügt über eine übergroße Master-Suite mit Vollbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Flachbild-TV. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Queensize-Bett (mit noch viel Platz, um herumzukommen). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Zweibettzimmer. (Außerdem verfügt der begehbare Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer über ein Etagenbett und einen Nachttisch mit noch viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass dies kein Schlafzimmer ist und sich in diesem Raum kein Fenster befindet.)

Deck / Patio
Schließlich verfügt das Haus über eine Terrasse, auf der Sie nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder auf dem Golfplatz abends entspannen können. Es gibt einen Tisch mit Platz für 6 Personen und einen bequemen Liegestuhl. Es gibt auch einen großen Holzkohle-Standgrill. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche, um den Sand und das Meer abzuwaschen.

Aktivitäten
Neben der Sonne und dem Spaß am Strand und in der Bucht ist Delaware für seine steuerfreien Einkäufe bekannt. Dieses Haus liegt nur 5 bis 10 Minuten von den drei Outlet-Centern von Rehoboth und vielen anderen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Golf ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt auf einem der vielen Golfplätze in der Umgebung. Einige der besten Restaurants der Gegend sind nur wenige Minuten von uns entfernt - bitte fragen Sie uns nach Empfehlungen!

Quiet and spacious

The house was very clean and the location was great for access to the beach and downtown. It was also set back enough that there was very little noise from cars or Dewey nightlife. The host was very responsive concerning the property and parking.

Great place

We enjoyed and had fun during our stay. Thanks to our host who is very nice and friendly. No issues checking in and instructions are straight forward. She helps us find places for activities and recommend restaurants that’s suitable to our liking. Place is very clean with lots of rooms. It’s a nice house and well decorated that makes you feel comfortable and feels like home. The beach, restaurants, and activities are 10-15 minutes walking distance and close to Rehoboth beach as well. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Over all, our first experience at Dewey is wonderful with the help of our host. I highly recommend it.

Clean, spacious and stocked.

Awesome place. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths, large living area on first floor with half bath. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for guest use in very good condition. Even though we brought our own paper products, this home had extra of everything. Very clean and well kept. Beds were soft and comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. Home must be well insulated, hardly any outside or inside noise. You will need to bring, shampoo, bath towels and bed linens. Two parking spaces. The host tells you all this in her listing. She is easy to reach and offers solutions should you need something. This was a family vacation for us, we brought a 1 and 2 year old with us, a child gate for the steps, and strollers to get them around. With the babies, it’s a little hike to the beach. Even though this unit is in a decent bay side location, I may have to find something on the beach side until the babies aren’t so needy. Other than that, this place is great and I hope to rent it again someday.

My retirement vacation

My vacation at Dewey beach was awesome. The property was clean, comfort and suit our family to the tee. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our family meals. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. We had plenty of parking with our 2 spaces and additional parking off the street. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Allison's beach rental, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we booked, Allison's communication was top-notch, ensuring a seamless and stress-free vacation. The well-stocked kitchen was a delightful surprise. Every utensil and appliance we needed was readily available, making it easy for our large family to prepare meals together. It truly felt like a home away from home. Allison's thoughtfulness extended to providing beach gear, including chairs and umbrellas. It was such a relief not having to bring all these items with us. The rental's location was superb and the convenience of nearby amenities and attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Accommodating a large group was a breeze, thanks to the spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The interior decor exuded a cozy beachy vibe, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and quality time together. Lastly, we want to commend Allison for her outstanding hospitality. Secluded back porch

We loved many aspects of this property: the back porch felt secluded due to large trees behind the house, the inside was very clean with nice flooring & amenities plus 2 &1/2 baths. Beach chairs & toys were supplied. As an end unit, we also liked the side yard for the dogs. Hope to stay again next year.

Great family stay.

This was our second visit to the area, and it was much better this time because we chose this property. One of its best features is the location, an easy walk to the beach and near local restaurants and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood. The property itself is very nice, will all features and amenities just as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value.

Gem by the Beach!

Allison’s property is one of the nicest place we have stayed during our vacation travels. Beautifully decorated, very spacious, clean and with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time. Our favorite part of the house was the deck. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinners outdoors, such a lovely time. The house is just a few minutes walk to the beach- no more than 5 minutes. The location is superb, a few minutes drive to Rehoboth with plenty of activities for the whole family (e.g Funland, mini golf, restaurants, supermarket, shopping). Communication with Allison was easy and welcoming. We will definitely be back to Allison’s property in the future. We loved it!

Great Time

We had a FANTASTIC time at this property. Terrific location, great spot with a first time puppy at the beach. College age kids and their friends as well as my husband and I all had plenty of space. Quiet Neighborhood

End of group townhome on a quiet street. All the rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen and common areas were roomy. The rental was larger than what we needed and would be great for 2 or 3 couples along with children. We appreciate that the hosts allowed our dog to stay for a nominal fee. The rental agreement and check in process was hassle free. Our host contacted us promptly with all the information needed for our stay. We would rent this property again without hesitation! Perfect Spot! Just close enough!

We've visited Dewey Beach/Rehoboth Beach many times but this was our first time staying in this development. It was a perfect location -- within walking distance to the main strip, close enough to hear the ocean in the morning, but still in a quiet residential area. The condo was neat, clean, and had several amenities (i.e., outdoor shower, beach chairs/umbrella/grill, washer/dryer, etc.). It even had a small deck in the back which allowed you relax with the Sunday paper or just enjoy the sunshine. I would have no hesitation in renting this condo in future. My guests and dog enjoyed the visit. Having two parking spaces was a luxury. The neighbors were also pleasant. Great job!

Perfect Family Spot

We had a wonderful stay in Dewey! The home was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of space, walking distance to everything you would need, and great amenities. The outdoor shower and access to beach supplies in the home were an added bonus. The beach cart was essential when traveling with a 2 year old and all her gear. We were also able to bring our pups who loved that they could enjoy the beach as well. The home owners were very responsive and answered all my questions. My mom wants to make this an annual family trip now that we’re adding another member and we hope that we can reserve this home every year!

Fabulous rental - will be back for sure

My husband and adult daughter decided to celebrate our vaccination status by having a king weekend. The rental was absolutely our best decision. It checked every box for us. The living room was spacious that we could all spread out. The kitchen was top notch appliances and supplies and tons of room for all our snacks and prep area. Everyone had their own bedroom - the master was so large! Vaulted ceilings, remote ceiling fan, lots of sunlight from all the windows. I actually think the back patio may have sold me plenty of room to stretch out and privacy wall to the neighbor next door. There were mature trees out back to give a sense of solitude. We walked so many places. To get bagels. To get ice cream. To get dinner. We did drive over to Rehoboth to walk the boardwalk and shopping area. Wonderful time - very helpful owner - we will be back for sure!

A great get away

This house was great for a 2 family get away. Nice new kitchen and the house was perfect for cooking and hanging out with our kids. It was the perfect get away.

This was our only beach trip this summer because of Covid and I have to admit that I was nervous. I appreciated how clean the house was and the location was really great. The wifi held up with all three of us on Zoom meetings at the same time. The neighborhood is nice and it's pretty close to the beach. Thanks again.

We are a young-ish couple that enjoys being close to the water and away from the concrete of the city! Our favorite things to do in Dewey drinking orange crushes at the Starboard (ok, I can only handle one), riding our bikes through the area, reading a book on the beach, shopping at the outlets and relaxing by the fireplace in the fall evenings!

There is nothing like Dewey Beach! Given its small size, everything in Dewey Beach is within walking distance and there is a lot to do contained within a 12 block stretch, including boating on the bay, eating at any number of restaurants, enjoying the bars and waterfront 'watering holes' that Dewey is famous for, relaxing on the beach or taking a long walk through the state park just down the road. Rehoboth Beach is next door offering endless shopping, more restaurants and bars, and entertainment and activities.

I have been vacation at Dewey since I was born. There's something about Dewey that makes me exhale and relax the moment I get there! Dewey takes all your cares away! This house is intended to help you do that--it provides you everything you need but is ocated close to everything fun you look forward to doing on a beach vacation!
