What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- This is a BRAND NEW Guest Suite with a HUGE Bedroom suite equipped with a King Bed
- Our house features One bedroom, a Full Bathroom and Pullout Queen couch located in the living room
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton designer with Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.

- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 43" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix!

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, if you open the windows it will help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 1 king size bed in the main bedroom and a large comfortable queen pull out bed in the living room - perfect for kids!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!


Guest access
You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Chapelle Shopping Centre - a close by vibrant shopping district in Edmonton!

As a guest of our VRBO, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs of the house (the basement guest suite), which includes one bedrooms, one living room (with pullout couch), a full kitchen, and a full bathroom!

Please note that the upstairs of the home is a separate VRBO unit and is not accessible to our guests. Additionally, while the backyard is currently undergoing some landscaping and fence work in the summer, it is not yet available for guest use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Welcome to the Desrochers neighborhood in the south of Edmonton!

Desrochers is a family-friendly community with a mix of residential and commercial areas. The neighborhood is characterized by its beautiful green spaces, walking trails, and numerous playgrounds and parks. There are also several schools in the area, making it a popular choice for families with children.

If you're a nature lover, you'll appreciate the neighborhood's proximity to the Blackmud Creek Ravine, a natural area that offers hiking and cycling trails, as well as opportunities to spot local wildlife.

*Please note* - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
