Hello Alexandra, As promised, we visited the property during the weekly changeover to address your remarks. Honestly, if it weren't for the small space between the floor boards visible at the foot of the stairs, the agent wondered if he were at the correct property! We have contacted the owner about the flooring which will be attended to when the upstairs carpet is replaced with similar flooring. The inside of the washing machine was wiped down with a white cloth with no evidence of rust. The home is professionally cleaned every week between guests and the agent was at the property when the cleaning crew arrived. Most importantly, the first indication we have of your dissatisfaction with the property was on the day you left. We wish you had provided us with the opportunity to assist in making your stay better while you were here! This property may not be for everyone because there is no internet or air conditioning. However, if you are looking for the perfect opportunity to unplug and immerse yourself in the euphoric tranquility of quintessential Cape Cod, then this property is for you. A week at 387 Bound Brook Way in Wellfleet is transformative for many and the reason they come back year after year.
