Also, You can catch sunrises and sunsets like you've never seen before in the Colorado mountains. Additionally, this land has history, it was used back in the early 1800s for a gold mining operation, and the prospectors yieled a hefty haul of gold from this area before the mining shafts were collapsed due to them being unsafe for exploration.

->Do not damage or alter this land, this is a historical site in a federally protected forest. No digging, cutting down trees, or any other activities that would change the original landscape of this property.
*DIRECTIONAL INFORMATION*
It's a rough road, but Subarus, trucks, SUVs make it up fine.
->If you are coming from Black Hawk, DO NOT take Missouri Gulch Road. Your car will thank you. Go almost all the way to Rollinsville on 119 and turn left on Gamble Gulch Road.
->Go towards Nederland / Rollinsville take 119 Peak to Peak highway North.
->Turn left on Gamble Gulch Road just before Rollinsville. If you miss it, turn around in Rollinsville, come back South and Gamble will be the second right.
-> Once on Gamble:
Stay left on Gamble Gulch to avoid going up Travis Gulch Road
-> Follow Gamble Gulch all the way to the giant turn around and "end of county maintenance" signs.
-> Keep going!
-> Keep going up, up, up until you see an orange highway barrel on your left. Turn left there onto Forest Service Road FS 410.1A
-> Drive to the top, turn left at the next 2550 sign and stay left until you see the lodge. The lodge and other small buildings belongs to my neighbor, Doug, that is his property. You will see property markers that seperate his land from my land, so stay within the markers.
-> If you miss the turn off to FS410.1A, you'll see a Victorian house very near the road. Turn around there, you just passed 410.1A. It's now on your right as you go back down.
