Our week in heaven

Casa Herdz was more than we ever dreamed it would be. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the service is impeccable. The food was the best I've ever had and the bar service was phenomenal. We are a group of 12 from Texas and drink more than the average, but that was not a problem. Sarah (house manager) fulfilled our every request including beer choices not on the original list; she is awesome. My son was sick and she even went to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics for him; where else would you get service like that? Jeffrey was amazing and kept the frozen concoctions coming faster than we could drink them. I can't say enough about the staff. Sarah even took us on a couple of excursions and the experience was above all PERFECTION. My husband and I were there with our closest friends to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they made it most memorable; including a cake on our special dinner night. I am only sorry our stay couldn't be longer but I am praying to get back there in the future. If you are looking to spend a week in paradise and not have to lift a finger this is the place for you. There aren't enough stars to rate this place. Thank you AJ, Sarah, Kalvin, Jeffrey, E, and Manny for a wonderful time. You will be missed greatly.

What an amazing experience..... AJ was extremely accommodating and very professional from the moment i first emailed him Let me first start off saying he is not a wedding planner but omg he guided me every step of the way he became my personal wedding planner” 😊😊 he helped us create our dream wedding. He went above and beyond to make sure we was at ease every step of the way. The house itself is paradise, all I can say is wow, the ocean view of this house is breathtaking The staff at Casa Herdz are outstanding: Sarah the house manager is truly amazing from her welcoming smile and friendly personality makes everyone feel at ease. Accommodating isn’t even the word I can use for her she’ll make the impossible possible, from helping us out with or vows last minute, to switching the propane tank @ 9:30 pm, to entertaining the kids so we can gather our thoughts ,to bringing us Fritura @10pm at night..... she’s genuine and kind shes beautiful soul... She truly made us feel special The housekeepers were remarkable they made sure everything was perfect for us, we didn’t even notice them there..

Sweet 16 Couldn't Have Been Any Sweeter!

We choose this property to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16. We were a family of 16. The house is amazing, beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff treated us like royalty. Sarah, the house manager went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and the extra touches she made for my daughter's Sweet 16 dinner were so sweet. Kelvin and Emuale, the chefs cooked every meal with perfection. The food was outstanding and were were stuffed! The wait staff and the house cleaning staff kept the house in tip top shape and we never wanted for anything. Julie, our bartender, made amazing drinks for us and always kept our glasses full. I highly recommend this property and go with the all inclusive, you will not regret it!

We left our hearts at Casa Herdz!

This house is extraordinarily beautiful in every way. Just got home from spending a week there on vacation with family and never anticipated gaining a new family in the staff this week - Sara, Kelvin, Juli, and Emmanuel were among the staff that couldn't have made this vacation more spectacular. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we truly appreciate them for not only what they did, but for who they are as people. My family and I are truly grieving having to leave. A Perfect Family Vacation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Herdz for a family getaway. And what a pleasure it was! I knew we made the right decision in booking Casa Herdz immediately upon our arrival. We were welcomed outside the front door with smiling faces and tropical drinks for each of our 12 guests. When we stepped into the home, it was even more breathtaking than the online photos! The house is an architectural masterpiece appointed with quality furnishings and artwork, and the views out to the pool area overlooking the ocean were magnificent! Sara, the property manager, was always by our side to assure everything went smoothly during our week. From arranging airport pick-ups for us to making reservations for our excursions, she was always there to assure our experiences were perfect! Julie and Kelvin fed us delicious meals throughout the week and made sure our drink glasses were always filled with tasty tropical potions! And Merida and her housekeeping staff were onsite every morning to ensure the house was spotless each and every day. By the end of our week, we felt like they were all part of our family, and we were sad to have to say goodbye. In summary, being in a beautiful home with spectacular views made our vacation wonderful. But the warmth and generosity of the staff is what really made our vacation priceless. I highly recommend Casa Herdz to all those looking for a perfect vacation!

Relaxing yoga retreat!!!

This place was amazing and the staff was fantastic. Kelvin, the head chef, was creative and accommodating. We had a slight problem that was addressed immediately. The food was wonderful. The only drawback was the distance of the property from major attractions.

Best wedding celebration location!! House and views are breath taking!

We had a small wedding celebration with 34 guests. All the staff were over the top and anything needed or issues that may have come up was taken care of by Sarah immediately. Chef Kelvin food was like the best!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always happy plates ( all food was eaten). We had our ceremony on the large rock on the beach with tide splashing our feet and legs, took the plunge into the ocean afterwards. All our guests were taken by the beauty of this property. Thank you to the staff, AJ and his family for making this truly an event that will be talked about forever....

Best wedding ever

Our stay at Casa Herdz was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond in helping us with anything we needed right from the time we land at the airport to the last second of our departure. AJ was very responsive and could not have asked for a better host, Sarah the property manager definitely did a great job in making sure everything was working in the villa, master chef Calvin made sure our belly’s were full of his delicious food and our hands equipped with the right drink we wanted, Maria with the help of her housekeeping crew made sure the place was neat and we were made comfortable. We also had our wedding here and just as everyone in the staff was great Sarah the wedding coordinator pulled an amazing wedding. All of our guests, both staying in the Villa and the ones that visited for the wedding were astonished at how beautiful the place was both for the wedding and the regular days. They were also amazed at how delicious the food and how helpful the staff was. We can’t express enough how happy we were with our stay and would recommend Casa Herdz to anyone that would like to experience a great vacation. Thank you AJ and the entire staff for hosting us and we would love to stay at your place again.

One of my best vacations !!!

I spent with my co-workers one of the best vacations I've had in one of the most spectacular properties in Puerto Rico, Casa Herdz. The view to the sea, the infinity pool with bar and the service make this a perfect spot for a perfect vacation. This property has no comparison, it is the best !!

I have no words to describe what you feel when you open the door at Casa Herdz, it is so spectacular that you do not think it's a house, you see this huge open space with exquisite decoration details, when you walk down the stairs what you see is the majestic view of the infinity pool that joins the sea and what you want to do is to dive immediately into the pool. The service is 5 stars as well as the food, you have to choose the all inclusive service. My children, who are teenagers, were in the swimming pool during the day and in the beautiful theater of 12 seats that the house has at night. In truth, there is no comparison with this property, it is the best vacation I have had in my life. I hope to come back soon.

Little paradise for your wedding / pequeño paraíso

The location of the house is breathtaking. Once, you enter the pool area is like being in your own paradise. The ocean view, the beach and the sunset are amazing. We had some issues with the house that were out of the management or our control; however Sarah,the house manager did everything she can to solve any situation. One situation was that our 96 years old grandpa stay with us and he cannot walk that well, so the elevator was fixed the next day. We really appreciate that. In addition we used the house as a wedding venue. Everything was perfect for us. You can celebrate the ceremony and reception at the pool deck and have your cocktail hour in the second deck downstairs. Their is plenty of space for everything. We loved the place and we are considering to celebrate our 5th or 10 anniversary there. I will recommend this place for weddings or just for vacation. You will not be disappointed and if you are lucky you will be able to see some dolphins or whales.

Best vacation EVER!

From the moment we arrived at Casa Herdz we were given the first class treatment. The home looks like it came out of a magazine and the view was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing. They catered to our every need. From running out and grabbing nyquil for a guest who was sick, to coordinating excursions, to making last minute adjustments to the menu to accommodate someone's allergies. One of the staff members (Miguel) even swam out to save someone stranded in a kayak. The head chef Kelvin was awesome! Not only was he gifted in the kitchen, but he and the rest of the staff were very friendly. They made us feel very comfortable. Sara who was our VIP host took care of everything for us. She made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. We had a party of 10 kids and 7 adults and everyone had a blast. The bartenders Julie and Carlos were great! They made sure to make fun frozen virgin drinks for the kids as well as alcoholic beverages for the adults. Carlos even hollowed out coconuts and filled them with drinks for everyone. We would highly recommend visiting Casa Herdz for your next vacation. We've only been home for two days and we already miss the staff. Big thank you to the entire crew, you made this the best and most memorable vacation ever. Already thinking about booking another trip for next year!

A magnificent property with panoramic views and first-class ammenites

We visited Casa Herdz for a week this month. It was the perfect venue for a 40th birthday celebration. From the moment we entered the villa, greeted by Sara, the property manager, we knew this was the right choice. She greeted us with a smile and delicious welcome drinks, and gave us a tour of the indoor and outdoor areas. The impressive villa had very well appointed guest rooms and bathrooms, beautifully decorated. The common areas were spacious and many, with plenty of room for 16 guests to gather all at once. If anyone sought quiet, peaceful moments for reflection or reading, there were several areas that were well-suited. The pool was crystal clear and just steps from the main living space, and was especially beautiful at night when the multi-colored lights accented the most breath-taking sunsets over the ocean. Multi-level decks led to the ocean, where kayaking and snorkeling were excellent ways to spend the day. The main kitchen was well-equipped, and the property offered several other areas for grilling and entertaining. The housekeepers were very efficient and professional. There was plenty of room for a lovely party by the pool, complete with a full band. Within close proximity was shopping and dining, and plenty of excursions. We hope to return to Casa Herdz in the near future, and would highly recommend this property a location that can't be beat!

Our second time staying at Casa Herdz

Fourteen of us had a lovely week at this beautiful home. We were well taken care of by the friendly and accommodating staff. Whereas last time we cooked our own meals, this time we did the all-inclusive package--what a delight! Nothing to worry about, and the meals were delicious. Sarah was kind enough to arrange a bioluminescent boat tour for us, and even set up a jet ski rental. We'd all love to go back. Hmm... maybe next year...

Amazing Vacation

Casa Herdz is absolutely amazing. Our group of 10 (5 couples) had a wonderful time. The house is huge and wonderful. The best part is all of the outdoor areas - pool, deck, lower level deck, etc... On top of the fabulous house, the staff at Casa Herdz was the best! Kelvin and his team did an amazing job with all of our meals. Sarah was extremely friendly and helped with any request we had. We truly enjoyed talking with all of them and getting to know them! They made our experience that much more special. Casa Herdz was truly a vacation. We had such an amazing time and didn't have to lift a finger!

Such an amazing home!

The line even better in person is an understatement for Casa Herdz. We were in awe when we stepped foot into the mansion for the first time. But, it got even better when we walked outside to the panorama of the ocean with a gorgeous infinity pool and massive deck. We cannot explain how beautiful the entire property was and how well it is taken care of. The staff at Casa Herdz are amazing, they came in every morning delighted to greet you and help with anything that you needed for the day. All the daily staff went above and beyond every day to ensure our stay was perfect for our wedding week. The owner of Casa Herdz AJ is a wonderful person. He is very responsive and worked with us to book our wedding. Everything that we wanted he made happen and got us into connection with the right people for it. A genuine owner who truly cares about the people who are staying at his place and wants them to have the best time possible. Our wedding planner Sarah who was provided to us through the wedding package at Casa Herdz made our magical night perfect. She was able to meet with us on our schedule no matter the time of day and always ensured that what we asked was answered for our next phone call. She was very friendly and helped us plan a perfect wedding in just 6 months. Everything that we pictured she brought to life the day of the wedding and we wouldn’t want it any other way. The wait staff and the chefs for our rehearsal dinner and wedding night were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better dinner either night. The steak and chicken were cooked to mouthwatering perfection. Everything was fresh and the staff itself was very friendly and happy to be a part of your big day. For the day of the wedding it was incredible how professional everybody was and how fast everything was set up. We had everything we needed and wanted, we even brought a bunch of our own personal touches that they set up for us. One thing I must mention if nothing else would attract you to having your wedding or a vacations are the amazing sunsets! It was absolutely incredible to watch the sun go down with the waves crashing in the background! We will be back to Casa Herdz and we can’t wait to book again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VILLA with the BEST STAFF!!!

This property is stunning! My entire experience with Casa Herdz was nothing but perfection and exceeded all expectations. I booked Casa Herdz to celebrate my husbands 40th. birthday with a group of our closest 14 friends. We were a total of 16 people and it never felt too crowded. There's plenty of space and because the house is so big and it has so much outdoor space you never feel like you ever have to leave. Communication with AJ was excellent. He was extremely attentive and detailed oriented. AJ made sure to follow up on all my requests and went above and beyond to help me make my husbands birthday a memorable one. Sarah, the property manager, is a sweetheart and was there all the time to make sure everything was running smoothly. She was attentive and always offered a smiled to my guests. The staff at Casa Herdz is another level! It really is like white glove service. From the fabulous chefs to the bartenders. They were fantastic!!! Kelvin (the head chef)'s cooking was phenomenal and every meal was a delight. Julie, one of the bartenders, was so happy to have us around and you could tell how much she loved doing her job. She was also another sweetheart! I have nothing but great things to say about Casa Herdz. I am definitely planning to come back again. It's an oasis that you never want to leave. I highly recommend doing the all inclusive so that you don't have to lift a finger... b/c in reality I did absolutely nothing while I was there. It was the most relaxing vacation I've had in years (and I hosted multiple events during the weekend - all which were flawlessly executed by AJ and his team) Thank you Casa Herdz for such an amazing experience!!
