The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and glimpse Burj Khalifa.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
