It is a true testament to master developer Emaar Properties, who turned a 3.5 km strip of shoreline into a 6,452,391 sq. ft. trendy neighbourhood that offers a chic Riviera-style lifestyle. A vital feature of this multi-purpose neighbourhood is the large canal; it stretches over 3.5 km providing access to the sea on both ends.

There is yet to be an area in Dubai that doesn't have a mall for you to get your shopping fix. Dubai Marina Mall, located conveniently on Sheikh Zayed Road, offers residents a variety of retail options, covering everything from high-street fashion, retail stores, a supermarket and more. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This property requires personal checking, and every late check-in from 9 pm to 8 am is charged 150 AED.

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
