Designed with an open floor plan, the studio has high-end room amenities and acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The sleeping area contains a luxurious king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. There is also a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big enough for two.

The floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy stunning city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Please note the building is going through some construction and maintenance during the day and can be challenging for those sensitive to loud sounds. This includes the pool which is temporarily closed.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym.

Mainly residential Al Jaddaf is the site of Dubai Culture Village, a development that includes sleek waterfront apartments and upscale boutique hotels overlooking Dubai Creek. Pop concerts are held at Zabeel Stadium, also the home ground of U.A.E. League soccer team Al Wasl, while Al Jaddaf creekside promenade is known for sunset views of the Burj Khalifa. There are flamingos at Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary nearby.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus station, Al Jaddaf, Binghatti Avenue 1, is just a 5-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 12 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 26 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 16 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 23 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
