The main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offers lovely king-sized and complimentary hotel-quality linens for comfort.

The ensuite has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Mada Residences is located in Downtown Dubai right across from The Address Views Hotel; It is 5 minutes walk from Dubai Mall and 8 minutes walk to Dubai Fountain. It is 17 minutes from Dubai Airport.

Across the building, Choitrams grocery is located, or a small grocery store Fairmart below the building; there's also a salon beside it. And more shops inside Dubai Mall.

Around the area, you can enjoy a jog around Downtown Dubai and explore different artworks on the streets. Famous restaurants like Czn Barrack and The Pool Lounge at The Address Views can also be found around the same area.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus station, Dubai Fountain Street 1, is just a 4-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 18 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 30 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 40 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
