5 Schlafzimmer 3 1/2 Bad Haus auf Chipman Lake (AKA Tinmouth Teich) in Tinmouth Vermont. Das Haus bietet spektakuläre Aussicht auf den See und die Berge von fast jedem Zimmer, auf jeder Etage, und hat sogar ein Turmzimmer im 4. Stock für eine Vogelperspektive auf den See. Darüber hinaus ist dies eine der wenigen Vermietungen an der Küste in der Gegend, die alle neuen Brandschutz-, Lebenssicherheits- und Gesundheitsstandards von Vermont Short Term Rental für 2019 erfüllt. Das Haus hat zwei Master-Suiten und bietet Platz für eine zusätzliche 6 Gäste in den verbleibenden drei Schlafzimmer. Die Gäste können den gut gepflegten Landschaft hinunter zum See, eine rustikale Außenkamin, einen neuen 32-Fuß-Dock und ein fertiges Spielzimmer im Keller, auch mit Blick auf den See genießen.

Oh my gosh, we could have not had a more perfect location for our long past due family gathering.The house far exceeded expectations; the bedrooms were spread out to ensure quiet and privacy for everyone.Our adult special needs nephew was quite sure that the basement area, complete with comfy furniture, a pool table, foosball table, and big tv had been decorated exactly with him in mind. The kitchen was stocked with every dish, pan, and appliance we could have needed; we never left once to have a meal out. The walking trail around the lake was well used, a nice start and end to the days.The outdoor fireplace was amazing, we had good fires a couple of nights. The large porch was great for sitting and having coffee in the morning.We only wish we could have stayed longer, would go back in a minute if we had the opportunity.

Beautiful home on a lovely lake, ideal for large groups.

We were a large and active group that like to bike, hike, swim, and kayak and this place had something for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for nine people. The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor space was beautiful.

Wonderful Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Sam's place. The house and lake were everything we had expected from the listing. The house was well equipped. There were enough kayaks for all who wanted to venture out on the lake. We enjoyed the loon and a bald eagle, as well as bats flying at night.

Fabulous Family Stay

We spent a long weekend celebrating an early Christmas with our family and everything was great. The kitchen is well stocked and the overall decor is fantastic. Being able to look out at the lake from most all the rooms was an added bonus. Too bad it was too cold for us to venture out on the lake.

This is our second year renting Scott's place and, as always, an excellent experience. Hitting Peak Leaves was the absolute highlight of the trip. House has everything you need and the outside fireplace a great gathering area for making many memories.

Absolutely beautiful place and location

We rented this place out to have a weekend together with friends. It was so perfect. This property is absolutely beautiful. We had a great time swimming and boating in the lake. The huge back porch overlooking the gorgeous view of the lake was a fantastic hangout spot. Definitely a place we would love to come back to time and time again.

The home listed is amazing. We had plenty of cookware for all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy. The porch / view was amazing and to top it all off the outdoor fireplace was just perfect for s’more making. We had an amazing time and Scott was such an amazing host!

Great VT Trip

Honestly, the house is well designed and renovated. Pretty spacious and great views in the backyard. the rooms are clean and living room and the kitchen is a great place to hang out. Plenty of firewood to use for the fireplace. a good place for skiing and "plugging off" technologies.

Amazing VT getaway

This is an amazing property and quiet location. The lake is beautiful and views are in all directions. Very clean home with plenty of room and lots of things to do. The fishing is great for young and old. I brought my own kayak and gear but there are older kayaks and a row boat that was in rough shape. We are definitely going to look into renting this property next year for a full week.

Lovely home!

This is a lovely home - modern, clean, and well furnished. The living area is comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen is beautiful and all the appliances, pots/pans, etc, seem new. It's a large home and fit our group of 9 adults perfectly. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home and lovely location

We had a great time at the Lepley house on vacation in Vermont. The house is beautiful and was very clean. The weather was rainy, but we really enjoyed the pool table in the basement on the days we couldn’t be outside. We walked the foot trail many times and also took the kayaks out on the lake.
