This privately owned Luxury RV Lot is set up with a TURN-KEY fully stocked RV that sleeps 8 and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Perfect for families and large groups! The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and there is a Full Size bed in the overhead Bunkhouse.

There are 2 comfy sofas with recliners in the living room, along with a fireplace and large entertainment center. There is a dining table that can be used in the living area and the kitchen is very spacious with ample counter space and is fully stocked with everything you need!

There are gorgeous outdoor furnishings and a park like setting with beautiful landscaping. There is a gas grill, a firepit area and plenty of seating and entertaining area both inside and out! The Lot offers the perfect combination of shade and sun and privacy and comes with a Golf Cart so that you can enjoy everything that River Ranch has to offer!

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate’s River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have unlimited access to all of the amenities at Westgate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!

We had an overall great experience staying here. The location is amazing and everything was generally clean and well kept. Communication with the host was excellent ; very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.There were just a few things that could use some updating. The main bathroom had quite a few ladybugs (20), which wasn’t a huge issue but definitely noticeable. We also weren’t able to fully use the second bathroom, which was a bit of an inconvenience since there were 6 of us sharing just one main bathroom. The golf cart felt a little unsafe to drive, it didn’t feel very stable, and the steering wheel moved a lot while driving and would sometimes pull to the side. Also, the bunk bed room was not a true full bed; it seemed to be more of a sofa with a mattress on top, and it would shift around at night.Other than those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely book again; perhaps in a more updated RV... but definitely with the same host!

Unfortunately onece We arrived and unpacked we were unable to stay due to a malfunction in the camper . Collette made sure we got a full refund and was very responsive . We really love river ranch and will be back again at another time

I wanted to provide back regarding our recent stay, as unfortunately we were far from impressed with the rental and would not recommend it for the price we paid. Had we been aware of these issues in advance, we would have reconsidered booking a different property.The main concerns are as follows:The golf cart broke down, requiring us to walk approximately 1.5 miles back to the rental from the central area with children.The stove gas was non-functional and could not be lit, even when attempting to start it with an exterior lighter.Although the listing stated that all essentials were provided, only one small set of soap, shampoo, and conditioner was available, which is insufficient for a family stay.The second toilet in the guest room could only handle liquid waste and could not support toilet paper or other standard use.The guest bathroom light was not operational.Smoke detectors had been ripped off the walls, which is a serious safety concern.The outdoor umbrella was already ripped upon arrival.There was no heat in the rental.Given the number and severity of these issues, the property did not meet reasonable expectations or align with what was advertised. I would appreciate your response regarding how these concerns will be addressed.Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards

The activities and facilities at West Gate were fun and I have no complaints there. I found this site to be missing the glamping and ease that was initially promised. The instructions written out were vague and written as general to cover all their properties without specifics to know if it’s applicable to the RV we were staying in. The grill was out of propane, the second back up tank that was listed in directions was nowhere to be found. Key utensils for cooking were missing. The second bathroom does say not to use any solid waste or paper making it deciding inconvenient for a family stay. The additional charges felt near predatory, for example being charged fifty dollars for not refueling the golf cart, but the marina closes at 4, opens at 10, but check out is 11. Leaving a small window to be compliant or just settling to not use the cart at all. I could’ve tried to call or text (difficult with poor reception and no WiFi) to have the basic items fixed or corrected, but by that point in time it just wasn’t worth the hassle and effort. All of which I thought I was avoiding by paying as much as I did for glamping. I found myself wishing I’d stay at West Gate proper. My kids asked to leave the night before checkout, which we did. Was it fine for a camping trip? Sure. But nowhere near the glamping I thought I was signing up for, especially for the price.
