Welcome to our beautifully updated upstairs unit in a triplex that dates back to 1906, completely renovated in 2022 for your comfort. Every aspect of this apartment has been brought back to life. We've upgraded everything from the structure's bones to the finishes - new joists, flooring, drywall, paint, as well as all-new electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

The kitchen doesn’t disappoint. It’s fully outfitted with everything from a blender to an air fryer, ensuring you have all the tools you need for meal prep.

The apartment is generously stocked with extra blankets, sheets, and towels. Each bedroom is furnished with two extra full-bed sheet sets promising a comfortable night's sleep for everyone.

***Guest Considerations:
We value honesty and openness and want to highlight a few aspects of the apartment:

Laundry Area: The washer and dryer are located in a basement accessible only from outside. This area is regularly cleaned but can gather dust between cleanings and has lower ceilings. (6-7 ft ceiling in areas)

Due to its location in a wooded setting, the unit experiences occasional visits from small bugs and spiders. Efforts to minimize their presence include clearing the surrounding brush, regrading the driveway for better water diversion, and doubling the recommended frequency of professional extermination treatments around the building and each window. Despite these measures, it has proven challenging to fully eradicate the issue.

Quaint Ceiling Heights: Experience the apartment's character with ceilings at 6 3/4" in the living room and 7 feet in the kitchen.

Ambient Sounds: Light noise may travel from the unit below, despite our efforts during renovation to minimize it with noise-reducing measures.

We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 60” smart TV, perfect for streaming with our high-speed internet.

Outside, the backyard offers a tranquil setting including a fire pit, plus outdoor furniture in the summer months.

You'll have full access to the entire unit. Additional amenities can be found in the utility closet near one of the bedrooms. This closet is situated adjacent to the sewer line, so it's best to keep it closed when not in use. The furnace room is accessible through two doors: one in the bathroom and another in the entryway. The electrical panel is concealed behind the painting at the unit's entrance.

Adjacent to Hines Park Drive, the property offers direct access to a 20-mile expansive walking and biking trail. Phoenix Lake lies just across, with kayaks and paddles available for use at the home during the warmer seasons, excluding winter.

Parking is available at the rear of the unit. Please use the right driveway to access the spacious gravel area behind the property.
