Enjoy your visit in a comfy, spacious apartment on the second floor of historical main street district. We are 5 minutes from the Ark and within walking distance to boutiques antique stores and restaurants. The unit is on the second floor and it has 2 beds and a pull out sofa sleeper, with a single cot on site. Washer and dryer are available and pets are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee. We are a family, veteran, christian owned small business and are looking forward to hosting you and your guests on your next upcoming visit to Williamstown Kentucky!

it was cozy! there was a roku remote, but no roku. buts thats ok! it was nice to be unplugged from tv for a weekend, we were barely there. very nice and cozy place... very clean!

Close to the Ark Encounter

Check-in was easy, very close to the ark encounter, and there was enough space for my family of 6 and my small dog. The place was pleasant, even though it needs some updates, especially the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed the trip.

Youth Group Trip

Couch bed & roll-away were in pretty sad shape, & really the lack of adequate A/C ruined our whole week. We had fans running but the temp never got below 75 - most of the time the best it would get is 77-79 degrees. There was a portable A/C unit in 1 bedroom but it wasn’t capable of cooling the rest of the apartment. There was a window A/C unit in another room but it didn’t do much either. The main thermostat never seemed to work at all - if you put your hand to a ceiling vent it barely was blowing & it wasn’t that cool. We messaged the host about the temps, but really got no solutions other than what was just mentioned & that was the first 2 nights out of 7. The final 4 or 5 nights we got no further response on a better solution to cool things down.

Great place to stay

We really liked this place, clean, comfortable, quiet. We loved the town the place we stayed it was awesome. The host family were great they went above and beyond to make this vacation a memorable experience the beds were comfortable, it was very cozy and we just loved the historic parts of this apartment. It had such charm i would 100 percent stay there again if we were ever out that way again sitting in historic downtown williamstown and we just loved it, my shihtzu gigi got to come with us and she loved it too thanks again to the host family for making this a great expierience for us.

Great time

The place was great. Lots of room and comfortable. The thing is that the ones next door was running around in their place around 10 or 11pm. It was really noisy. But other than that it was a great place. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much.

Probably not our cup of tea

The property has sustained some wear and tear since the photos were taken. The last occupant must have left some clothing in a dresser drawer. The floor was sticky. It was very dark in there. The beds and pillows were on the low end of acceptable. We ended up leaving a night early. We are veteran VRBO users. This wasn't horrible, but it wasn't someplace I would come back to, sorry.

The sleeping arrangements were just as stated. Plenty of room for sleeping arrangements and good management of space. Apartment was clean. Communication was clear. Not fancy but practical and met our needs well.

Super Stay!

I took one of my daughters and 3 grandchildren on a 5 day vacation to see the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter (plus some shopping). This VRBO was just perfect for us. It was clean, convenient and such a great place to wind down after busy days. Highly recommend this location.

Met Expectations

My wife and kids had fun staying at this property. My wife likes old histrionic places so she enjoyed the wood floors, door frames and old door handles. I liked how close it was to the Ark, how safe I felt with my kids. I wish we had more time to walk the shops near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was amply stocked with cookware, etc. Didn't like: At first, the stairs were a challenge for two older women, but we got used to them. The train seemed to run throughout the night and was very noisy.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had participated in the homeschool conference at the Ark Encounter so it was nice staying close by. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen was nice too. I loved the keyless entry! Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a lovely place to stay; in downtown close to things. Easily accessible to the Ark Encounter. The apartment was very neat and clean and having a kitchen so not having to go out to eat after a full day was very nice. The only drawback was the stairs to the apartment; very steep and a little difficult for an 84 year old woman! Loved it!!!
