The Space:

There are also 2 bedrooms boasting plush king-sized beds. Access a covered area with an enclosed outside shower before taking a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furniture for relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with built-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.

Moving up to the mid-level, a front covered deck with built-in seating welcomes you, providing a serene spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. Five bedrooms are available on the mid level, including two private oceanfront suites with king-sized beds, TVs, and full baths featuring tubs and showers. These suites offer access to the oceanfront covered deck, providing a breathtaking panorama of the sea. Two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and one with two bunk sets, share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. Unwind on the deck with a hot tub, and descend the steps to the inviting swimming pool below.

The top level is a luminous, open space designed for communal living. Your family will love the ocean views as you relax in the spacious living area with a TV, and gather around the bar to keep the chef in the family company while they whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen.

Walk home from your fishing "trip" at the renowned Outer Banks Fishing Pier next door. Or have a drink or a meal at the pier without worrying about driving!

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
