The Space:

New in 2026: We’ve added a dedicated brand new theater room, updated all bathrooms, added a new top floor bedroom for better light and ocean views, refreshed flooring and furniture in several bedrooms, and installed all-new steps leading to the second-floor front door.



Step into the recreational hangout on the ground floor, featuring a pool table, a sitting area with a TV, and a full-size refrigerator and a wet bar. Here you will find the brand new theater room and 1 bedroom boasting plush king-sized bed. Access a covered area with an enclosed outside shower before taking a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furniture for relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with built-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.



Moving up to the mid-level, a front covered deck with built-in seating welcomes you, providing a serene spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. Five bedrooms are available on the mid level, including two private oceanfront suites with king-sized beds, TVs, and full baths featuring tubs and showers. These suites offer access to the oceanfront covered deck, providing a breathtaking panorama of the sea. Two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and one with two bunk sets, share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. Unwind on the deck with a hot tub, and descend the steps to the inviting swimming pool below.



The top level is a luminous, open space designed for communal living. Your family will love the ocean views as you relax in the spacious living area with a TV, and gather around the bar to keep the chef in the family company while they whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also 2 additional King Suite bedroom on this top level.



Outside there is an outdoor shower to help keep the pool and house sand free for your stay. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furniture for relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with built-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.



Walk home from your fishing "trip" at the renowned Outer Banks Fishing Pier next door. Or have a drink or a meal at the pier without worrying about driving!

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The Neighborhood:

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
