The Studio is a well-designed room with a king-size bed which act as the main focal point of the studio, and is lined with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It is bathed in natural sunlight and is equipped with a widescreen SMART TV with built-in streaming services, so you can enjoy your favourite shows as you relax. The bedroom has hotel-quality linens and stylish decor, perfect for guests who want to be pampered just like in a hotel. The room also has armchairs for you to relax in.

The dining and kitchen amenities include a fully-equipped corner kitchen, perfect for light cooking and hearty breakfasts. It is a great space for cooking and dining at the same time and contains a small dining table for four. The bathroom is small and well-ventilated, with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. There's also a washing machine located in the apartment for your own personal convenience!

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Reverberating with a youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
