The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The 3 bedrooms contain a king bed and a double bed respectively. The bed also comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The 3.5 bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

In JBR, you can walk anywhere for anything. However, if you are looking to explore Dubai, the recommended mode of transportation is a taxi, it is often quite cheap depending on the distance. Otherwise, you can find multiple tram stops and the JLT or Damac Metro stops in the Dubai Marina, which allows you to visit many areas throughout Dubai. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.

The Walk at JBR is 400m from the apartment, while Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Temple is 8 km away. The nearest airport is Al Maktoum International Airport, 33 km from the accommodation.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a great choice for travelers interested in beaches, relaxation, and food.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
