As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a spacious and stylish living area, carefully curated to provide both comfort and elegance. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the chic décor and creating an inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind while enjoying the mesmerizing vistas of the iconic Dubai Marina skyline. The sofa also doubles as a sofa bed, perfect for having guests round. The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, complete with modern appliances and sleek countertops. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. Share your meals at the stylish dining table comfortably seating four. The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a haven of relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and comes with an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, also with a king-sized bed and ample storage space for your belongings. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. All bathrooms are fitted with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities that will leave you smelling great all day.
The building also features a refreshing infinity pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre and a sauna and steam rooms.

The apartment is situated within the Botanica Tower. The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
