Didn't work out for us.

First of all, know that the home is for sale and they will ask you to allow for showings while you are paying to be there. Second, we were a party of 8 that chose to go the VRBO route because we wanted and needed to cook a majority of meals at the home. The refrigerator was broken (only disclosed to us after placing groceries in it and leaving for the evening), and their solution was to bring us a tiny fridge (smaller than my daughters dorm room refrigerator), that also didn't cool after a couple of days. When I advised that we had to throw out yet another batch of groceries they invited us to check out early as there was "nothing else" they could do. Third, this is not really a 4 bedroom house, and the room descriptions are not accurate. There are 3 bedrooms, (one with a king, one with a queen, and one with a twin over twin bunk and a queen). What I'm assuming they were calling the 4th bedroom is labeled in the pictures as the "2nd living area on the upper level", and only housed a pull out, so just know if you are needing a 4th bedroom, you will be losing that living space, and it's a pull out couch, not a true bed. On a positive note, the downstairs was spacious and there were lots of areas to relax and spread out.

I am sorry you had a bad experience but we notified you as soon as we found out about the fridge and provided a few options for you, which you were not pleased with any of them. To be clear as you were aware and used most of the fridge, only small part of the fridge didn’t work. Thats why we bought and delivered within hours the new 4.1 cubic fridge (on the bigger side of smaller fridges) to compensate for the area that didn’t work out until part arrived that was ordered on the same day during the inspection. Small fridge worked perfectly fine and still works fine, no issues at all, so I don’t think that’s fair and true statement. Our option for early check out was out of kindness and providing refund was our only option left, since no matter what has been offered to you, it didn’t work for you from the minute you guys have arrived. On the showing comment, to be clear we don’t allow or expect showings during renter stay and are very strict with that policy. We asked for one showing to a real serious buyer in town only on that day for 10-15 minutes and you not having to leave the property. We value your privacy and that’s why we have asked for a favor. Room descriptions along with the picture of each room is in the listing, sorry you didn’t get through all of them. It was probably one of the worst experience for us as long as we have been in business all these years and we wish you all the best in the future.
