Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
The space
There are two bedrooms upstairs, with queen size beds. The laundry room is also upstairs. There is also a pull out queen couch in the living room for an additional 2 sleeping spaces. The kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom are downstairs.
Guest access
The entire carriage house and parking lot is yours and not shared with anyone else. The backyard belongs to the tenants in the other house.
Other things to note
The backyard is not part of the AirBnB.

There is a Wi-Fi-connected TV in both bedrooms and in the family room. There is no cable. You can use them to connect to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, etc. if you have an account with any of these services.
